The main part of this volume is devoted to resolutions of the landowners, namely the landowners of Przemyśl and Lviv. As we said, there are 74 of them, i.e. 3-5 of the entire body of acts, which is 16 more than the sejmik lauds themselves. These resolutions were taken from the landowners' books, which included judgments and orders of the boni ordinis courts, i.e. commissioner's courts in matters of tenant and noblemen's levies, as well as resolutions passed by these courts in matters of post, roads, measurements, etc.

We have three of these landowners' books: two from Przemyśl and one from Lviv - compared to other types of books, there are very few of them in the landowners' and city archives, so much so that they are rare in these archives. You should take a closer look at them. Apparently they look like land deeds, but the partition governments, such as the Austrian government, kept them and attached them to the land deeds because they were kept in the land archive. Due to lack of time to deal with numerous fiscal and tax matters, the commissions originating from the local assembly dealt with them at their separate meetings. This separate commission, elected from within the local council, dealt with these matters first under the name of fiscal courts, later called boni ordinis courts, which constantly adjudicated in land fiscal matters as well as in matters of land order, as mentioned above, land measurement, weight, road, bridge, etc. After loose judgments in matters of tenon and peasant collection, we find records of resolutions regarding land order, and even resolutions that were usually adopted at the local council, such as postal regulations.

The oldest landowner's book, the files of which were published already in the 22nd volume of Town and Land Acts, is: Protocollon Decretorum fiscalium terrae Premisliensis. It contains files from September 15, 1696 to January 23, 1731 inclusive, has 488 pages and today constitutes 385 volumes of Przemyśl land acts. The following numbers were taken from this volume, in which it is possible to distinguish several hands with legible writing: No. 269, 270, 272, 274, 276, 280, 281 283, 286, 293. On page 271 of the manuscript we read: iudicium satisfaciendo sancito in conventu generali varsaviensi confirmationis Tractatus, tum insistendo laudo conventus Yisnensis proxime praeteriti, iudicia fiscalia ad prasens sese celebrantia finienda censet, prout et imponit eisdem finem. There are no defects, but the content of the book shows that in the years 1698, 1701, 1706, 1709, 1712 and 1713, no sessions of tax courts were held in the Przemyśl region. On p. 273 there are already protocols of the boni ordinis, starting from October 16, 1722, limits of these meetings, reasumpcye iudiciorum commissorialium boni ordinis vigore iimitationum, declarations for cities, decrees on voivodeship conscription matters, postal regulations, declarations on measurements, wages for landed functions, and so on until January 23 1731 all: in reassumptione iudiciorum commissorialium vigore laudi yisnensis, praesentibus castellano, iudice terr. dapifero it. d. until the last note, p. 487, with the following ending: iudicium terrae premisliensis cum digni-

Like the Przemyśl land, the Lviv land also had its dispositionum books. One such book has survived from the years 1752-1763 with today's reference number Ter. Leop. 276, and contains one landowner's resolution from these years in the following order: 1752 of March 13 in Lviv under no. 124 of this volume of Town and Land Acts. Year 1753 from April 2 in Lviv under no. 126. R. 1754 of March 25, no. 129. R. 1755 of March 10, no. 135. R. 1756 of March 29, no. 137. R. 1757 of March 21, no. 142. Rr. 1758 of March 6 under no. 144. R. 1759 of March 26, no. 150. R. 1760 of March 17, no. 154. R. 1760 of March 27, no. 169. R. 1762 of March 22, no. 166. R. 1763 of March 14, no. 171 of this volume.

Here are three manuscripts kept in the Iwów land archive, constituting the framework of landowners' acts both in Przemyśl and Lviv, from which we learn about the activities of the landowners' self-government during the fall of the assemblies.

This decline is visible in the most cursory review of the acts, of which there are 261 numbers in this section. From this number of sejmik lauds and instructions to deputies to the sejm, we count 51, confederations and acts related to them 7, therefore 58 acts covered by lauds, which, as noted at the beginning of the section, are 16 fewer than the landowners' resolutions, the number of which is 74.
