Having thanked IMci Mr. Lisowski, treasurer of Przemyśl, elected plenipotentiary of our land last year, in place of the same IMci Mr. Lisowski, we appoint IMci Mr. Marcin Dwernicki, subdelegate of the town of Przemyśl, as plenipotentiary of our entire land and an annual salary for his work and efforts of PLN p. 500 from the cap tax is to be paid, obliging and begging that the same plenipotentiary, now decided and signed by us, should not only take diligent care in this place regarding landowners' interests, but also in matters and in the Radom tribunal, both ex actoratu and ex reatu, taking place and falling due, he should not fail to do so Uicitam curam et attendentiam. The salary of the former IMci, Mr. Plenipotentiary, as per the allocation of JWIMci, Mr. our Castellan, is to be settled, as well as the expensa pro iuribus cancellariae, at PLN. 60 and several by IMci Mr. Lissowski, placed at the disposal of the same JWIAAci Mr. Castellan, we refer to our satisfaction. And we oblige the present IMci, the plenipotentiary decided by this congress, to record from the landowner's book, in which all the IMci's declarations, past and present, as well as the sums marked per laud, those who have been satisfied and paid, and also write down the guilty persons through the land, and produce them for the information of the land at the next congress, whose efforts and works of IMci will be shared by our land plenam recognition.
8. To calm down the desideria of various IMs brought at the same congress, especially WW. 00. Jesuit Collegium of the Virgin Mary in Jarosław, supplemented by a significant expensation of the same Collegium for the coronation of the image famous for its great miracles of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in whose protection of all successes our land places its first hopes, PLN. 4000 p. ago the college marks and declares. JWIMci Mr. Józef Zbierzchowski, Archcathedral Canon of Lviv from the illustrious Przemyśl chapter. JWIMci Mr. Adam Lewicki, deputy starosta of Przemyśl from Podlaskie Voivodeship for the Crown Tribunal this year, to each of the sitting deputies PLN 2,000. p., with a request and an obligation to assist the general of our deputies in the promotion of the register of the Ruthenian Voivodeship and the particular affairs of our land, JWWIMciów pp. officials, nobility and citizens present at this tribunal deigned to have the protection of justice we mark and declare. WIMci to Mr. Szczepan Dwernicki, a town writer from Przemyśl, for his efforts and work related to landowners' interests in bringing together several condescensions under the Radom decrees. 2000. WIMci v. Adam Hoszowski, the treasurer of Lviv, was given the good heart of the same WIMci Mr. Treasurer towards the interests of other landowners for the uprooting and ruining of lands, the taking of buildings in the village of Chłopczyce by the violent inundation of the Dniester River, PLN. 2000. IMci Mr. Jan Borysławski, both the sejmiks in Wisznia and our congresses, who always assisted, PLN. 200.
9. We promise the sums expressed at this congress as above declared to everyone from further provenances to the landowner's treasury who come to settle and pay.
10. Desiderium of WIMci Mr. Drohojewski, the standard-bearer of Zhydaczewski during the popular uprising in the place of W. W. Wieniawski, the standard-bearer of our land for that time, a sign of the land of Przemyśl cum dispendio of health and fortune of his honoring, accepting the declaration of Anni 1737, I will be obliged to reassure at our next congress.
11. Other desideria of the Landowners, especially Mr. Michał Kobylnicki of the Brzeg Kujawy and others, as they cannot be included in this Congress for reasons of time, we postpone the same Congress until the next Congress, by the resolutions of the General, our last iaudum in the past year 1753, decided pro semper, allowed cum plena conservatione termini until the first Monday after the feast of S. Paul the Apostle of conversion in the next year 1757 falling de unanimi omnium concivium consensu we limit.
