Resolutions of Przemyśl landowners.
1. Acta sunt haec Praemisliae in congressu illustrium mfcorum. dignitariorum et incolarum terrae Premisliensis pro iudiciis reddendarum rationum et faciendarum calculationum vigore laudi Yisnensis idque ex limitatione pro die hodierna legittime incidenti congregatorum feria tertia post f. We, dignitaries, officials and citizens of the Przemyśl region, based on the resolutions of Wiszyń, having come to the courts reddendarum rationum et faciendarum calculationum for today's date from the previous limits, sub directione JWIMci Mr. Sołtyk, castellan of Przemyśl, reassumpta iurisdictione that for the disruption of the farm assembly in the past year

These are complaints against the starosta Kaniowski due to the oppression of the nobility through the Jews and a request to the hetman to strengthen the Lviv presidium and order the Commander to catch and sequester illegal toll collectors. we do not have any necessary disposition in our land, so suplendo omission caused by the breakup of the assembly, we make such a disposition in our land in praesentia et cooperatione omnium concivium.
2. And first of all, since we do not have commissioners for the illustrious tribunal of Radom at the moment, and the interests of our land relating to the land cannot do without promotion and protection, we have often received great and strong protection for the interests of this land of ours in that place ex ordine senatorio, sitting ex ordine senatorio, Mr. Sołtyk, the castellan of Przemyśl, for unalterable and constant protection also for the future tribunal begging for these and other countless merits et publica obsequia our land of Przemyśl with a benevolent heart due to JWIMci to the castellan of Przemyśl, leaving an immortal obligation on the hearts of each of us of gratitude, and also for the future time of constant graciousness, insinuating that the tantis meritis of our land of Przemyśl is an erarium for the proper satisfaction for the great work, effort and expense of the sufficere cannot be fulfilled, so we are asking His Majesty, the Castellan of Przemyśl, for the countless above-mentioned merits, or a small amount of four thousand zlotys. Mr. Wieniawski was pleased with the amount that he was supposed to take from the surcharge tax in the administration of the Military Institute of Medicine, Mr. Wieniawski, the standard-bearer of the Przemyśl region. When also on this commission of the Radom tribunal a de necesse plenipotentiary is needed for the land, so having already received aliquities in this plenipotentiary function, IMci dexteritatem Mr. Tomasz Dwernicki, subsole of Żytomir, the same IMci for the future commission with our plenipotency (which JWIMć p. Castellan of Przemyśl nomine of the whole land ours is to do) at the commission of the Radom tribunal, we asked, obstringendo of the same plenipotentiary, that he would deign to manage and promote the landowners' interests quaanto meliori modo, and for this trouble he would deign to pay the usual three hundred zlotys. He was pleased with the salary that he would receive from the surcharge tax in the administration of WIMci Mr. Wieniawski, the Przemyśl ensign, which was under the assignment of JWIMci Mr. Przemyśl castellan.
3 WIMci Mr. Konopacki, the sub-table of Novgorod, presidential captain of the Przemyśl land, is awarded an annual captain's salary from the cap tax in the administration of the above-mentioned WIMci Mr. Przemyśl standard-bearer from the Przemyśl land.
