Breaking away from the serfdom of the peasantry of its lords by wandering from village to village, looking for a new lord, as in the Russian, Volhynian, Kiev, Podolia, and Bratslav voivodeships, by wooing these liberties, which often lead to rebellions, we, by this constitution, stipulate that these voivodeships, nil quidquam praejudicando haeredi legitimo them, they handed them out ab invicem.
9. Whatever concerns the claims of our distinct brothers against the land, we refer them pro resolutione et adinvenienda satisfactione to the courts of the hood.
10. As far as the tenement and royalty taxes from the Lviv land are concerned, we sum up these praesenti laudo, and in compliance with the previous decision of the Lviv land, we hand over the royalty tax under the supervision of Mr. Franciszek Zawadzki, the hunter of Kiev, to IMci, the hunter, to use the above-mentioned tax for the walls of the city of Lviv, adhibendo curam sine omni recompensa. 17. And since Mr. Bukowski, the warrant officer of Sanok, did not make any calculations in his function as commissioner in hucusque, we refer the said IMci pro expedienda eadem to the hood courts of the Sanok region.
18. Since the private dispositions of our general ob strictum tempus interstitium cannot be satisfied at the current assembly, we refer them to the hood courts.
19.
