Stanisław was elected on September 10. However, in the face of Muscovite forces arriving in Warsaw, supporting the election of Augustus 111, which took place on October 5, Stanisław went to Gdańsk to await French reinforcements there, which were to arrive by sea. Voivodeships began to form confederations to support Stanisław. And so, in Opatów, under Jan Tarła, the confederation of the Sandomierz Voivodeship was established; in Volhynia it was established by the voivode of Belz, Michał Potocki; Bełzka Franciszek Salezy Potocki on November 24 in Bełz; Halicka on December 15 in Halicz, Mikołaj Kurdwanowski, referring to the previously established ones. We do not know about the Confederation of the Ruthenian Voivodeship. We only know from the Wiszeński Laudum, adopted on December 29 on the initiative of Jan Siemieński, the Marshal of the Russian Confederation, that the voivodeship amplexa confoederatione under the patronage of the Przemyśl cupbearer Jan Mniszek, subsecuta, sends envoys to Stanisław in Gdańsk, also to the Crown Marshal (Wandalina Mniszka), adopts a tax on the army - but with an energetic does not develop the action. Indeed, on December 10, at the assembly in Wisznia, under the guidance of Marshal Mniszek, instead of the expected mass mobilization, an expedition of henchmen from each land separately was decided. That there was no consent at this sejmik is indicated by the manifesto of the dissatisfied nobility written at the sejmik on that day. The demonstrators complain that the castellan of Przemyśl, Sołtyk, does not agree with the castellan of Lviv, Ustrzycki, or with the chamberlain of Lviv, Siemieński, even though the voivodeship stands by its confederation of March 20 and complies with the resolutions of the local council, and is establishing a second confederation. The demonstrators therefore promise to defend King Stanisław and ask the marshal of the confederation, of course Siemieński, to call the landowners to Wisznia on December 25 with universals, where, having taken an oath to defend the king, they will promise to stand in the places designated by law with the readiness to defend the majesty. The marshal summoned the nobility, they complied with the resolutions, took an oath in front of King Stanisław, and against those who opposed free elections, voted one hundred thousand for the army, for which the Jewish tax and poll tax were allocated, and all this, as already mentioned, amplexa confoederatione under Mniszek's guidance. In other words, the landowners are refuting on December 25 the protest against the confederation under Mniszek's staff, lodged on December 10. Further, the Przemyśl nobility adheres to the ordinances of the sejmik of December 10, the Sanok nobility implements the resolutions of March 20, gathers behind the universal of the cup-bearer Mniszek and decides to organize an expedition of servants on June 7, 1734.
How this defense of Stanisław went in the Ruthenian Voivodeship is shown by further camp laudas decided under the marshal of this second confederation, Jan Mniszek. In the camp near Szczutkowo, apparently in the face of the small number of people gathered, the landowners take heart in the renewal of this second confederation and adopt subsidies for the henchmen. The next day they are already near Lubaczów and the marshal, devastated, calls on the landowners to go to the camp because of the loss of honor. Everything is going well. Marshal, it is not known whether from distress or illness.

XVIU Preface dies in Mościska. Sołtyk was elected as the leader of the popular militia. He does not proceed to elect a new marshal to replace the deceased, but instead gives the nobility holidays from the popular uprising, they dissolve them, reducing the camp's already weak strength. The Utrzycki, Uliński and Dzieduszycki families protest against this passivity of Sołtyk, whose partisans claim that their opponents are only protesting because they themselves are striving to take over the marshal's position.
From Laski they advanced to Ryszkowa Wola, where a camp was set up on August 20. Here, Stanisław Ustrzycki attacked the tent of Siemieński, chamberlain of Lviv. Sołtyk was pressured to convene a congress to elect the marshal of the entire voivodeship; he did not hold the requested congress and, as the nobility protested, he gave the landowners holidays, did not prohibit free voting, and covered others with particular judgments; standard bearers, like the one from Lviv, even the banner was taken away. Interesting manifestos appeared, such as those of Józef Franciszek Dzieduszycki, Jan Dzieduszycki, Bazyli Ustrzycki, Uliński, etc.
