Sanok, January 28, 1749.
Resolutions of the Sanok landowners.
1. We councils, dignitaries, officials and citizens of the Sanok land on the foundation of the farm assembly in Wisznia, on the general of the Ruthenian voivodeship in the immediate past year 1748 die 14 mensis Septembris adopted to this day by repeated innotescences by JWIMci Mr. Grabiński, castellan of the same illustrious Sanok land, determined to come to Sanok by example other of the same illustrious general of the lands, such as Lviv and Przemyśl, referring to the previous virtute laudorum of our expeditioned congresses in this land, we make such a disposition.

2. And first of all, considering the provenance of the spigot tax, which cannot be sufficient publicis necessitatibus, although we intended to auction in the most important cities and towns significant propinacies to auction this spigot tax, however, with great interposition and magnorum nominum accepting instantias, nevertheless taking into account the humble supplications from these cities to our Congress submitted to the payment of this tax spigot only pro hac sola vice according to the established tariff and per I poured to the town of Sanok in anno 1737, also cities specified in the tariff for punctual payment of the poll tax (sic)^ authoritate of the congress of our obstringimus.
3. And although the good town of Rogi obeyed the respectum of the first senator in the homeland, worthy of memory, JO, formerly Janusz Korybut, prince Wiśniowiecki, castellan of Krakow, which, not having a significant amount in the antecessum, paid little contingens of the trunnion ad erarium publicum, and now when frequent fairs etiam, through public printed calendars, profile the famous editions quite a lot, the ducta proporlione of significant and frequent fairs and fairs was greater, but tantisper zł. We establish one hundred and twenty for this present year.
4. The town of Wola novae coloniae in the Krosno starosty, located, although until now under the libertate of Jkr. 5. The town of Baligród, in honor of the great merits of JW Balów in this glorious land of ours, is released in Hucusque with the suspension of the tenon's propination in the futurum, so that in ad mentem of the disposition given by Anni in 1737, we decide that the town of Baligród should pay the tenon's fee.
6. other towns, such as Tyrawa Wołoska and Mrzygłod, ob rationem grassantis diluvii and conflagraty, or motivo praemissorum in anno 1737, were exempt from paying this tax, but after respirium of such a long time, we are also restoring the towns to pay this spigot tax.
