That we wish to have all the negotiations agreed upon in the present laudum described in suo robore by a unanimous consensus with the consent of all the lands of our general, and we oblige His Majesty, the castellan of Lviv, to sign and confirm the same with his own hand to all the towns in our general located per oblate. Resolutions of Przemyśl landowners.
1. It happened in Przemyśl on the twenty-sixth day of January in the year of our Lord 1750. We officials, nobility and citizens of the Przemyśl land on the basis of the resolutions of General Wiszyński under the direction of JWIMci, Mr. Bazyli of Unihów Ustrzycki, castellan of our Przemyśl land, with the presence of the WWlMci family. Gwid Siediiski, deputy judge, Bazyl Ustrzycki, treasurer, Józef Siemiński, chief of officials of our Przemyśl land, Michał Morski, standard-bearer of Dobrzyń, Wisłocki, chief of Gostyń, Błażowski, sub-stole of Żydaczewo, Drohojowski, standard-bearer of Liw, and many other officials, nobility and citizens of this land, having gathered for the day and the act expressed above with limits falling to the landowners' disposal and, in particular, listening to the calculations of the WWlMci pp. administrators from taxes both noble and major.
2. And even though WIMć Mr. Błażowski, the substoli of Żydaczewski, made the calculation of the pint tax in the previous year 1748 in his administration, which was the calculation before us, that the WIM, Mr. Rossnowski, the substoli of our land, would make the calculation of the pint tax the first non comparuit, therefore he suspended the calculation of the piot tax of the first non comparuit until the next congress. We entrust Mr. Józef Horodyński, plenipotentiary of our land, to sue Mr. Rossnowski, sub-table of this land, pro reddenda eadem calculatione, for the future first territorial courts, pro feria tertia post dominicam Conductus Paschae falling due, nomine of our land, and, having received this decree calculationis, compose it for our future congress.
3. And we allow the jurisdictions in this city of Przemyśl, as well as in other cities of royal and landowning clergy, which run taverns and do not import landowner taxes, to sue the Crown Fiscal Tribunal of Radom and the possessors of these jurisdictions pro adactione innkeepers to pay these taxes also in the name of our land, and we allow the decree solution earundem contributionum there pro retroactis annis quam in futurum pendendis et importandis received we oblige.
4, Desiderium of WIMci Mr. Orzechowski and the Przemyśl military as well as IMci Mr. Tomasz Rossowski designated and entitled sums from our land claimants, when now in the landowner's treasury we do not have any from present taxes to satisfy their provenance, we refer to further importations from future taxes pro satisfactione. IMci Mr. Sebastyan Kędzierski desideria, as well as all other desideria at the current congress that cannot be included in the next congress, God willing, we are postponing this congress de unanimi omnium concivium consensu until the 14th of July this year, which falls cum plena conservatione termini.
