The plenipotentiary of our land, Mr. Józef Hordyński, burgrave and subdelegate of the town of Przemyśl, since ob alias suas legalitates submits plenipotency ad ulteriorem dispositionem of the land, so in gratitude pro bene gestis in commodum of the land to the mentioned IMci to the Radom commission anni praesentis 1755, we obliged IMci Mr. Krzysztof Lisowski and for the subsequent Radom commission in anno 1756, IMci p. Marcin Dwernicki, we recommend, obstringendo ad praesens, IMci Mr. Mentions of the current landowners' dispositions are taking place and if any changes occur, at the Radom commission he tried and put more emphasis on the interests of the landowners.
8. Other desideria, both universal to the whole world and to all nations, cannot be accommodated now, if at the preceding (sic) Wiszyn assembly they do not achieve the desired effect or a proper resolution until our next congress here, we postpone and cancel this congress until the time in laudo anni 1753, designated suo tempore, cum plena conservatione termini.
