Seeing the constant pro bono publico both in our illustrious general and at all public meetings for our glorious land, and especially now at the most necessary time for the homeland and all of us, at the recently held convocation session, His Majesty Mr. Antoni of Morsko Morski, the castellan of our land, has the attention, impensas curas, with regard to his health and his own fortune. considerable expensa, which, in compensation for the import of the entire taxes of our land, we offered JWIMci to the castellan of our land, but he did not accept this offer and excused himself to accept it, preferring and respecting the grateful memory in our hearts more, which is why our affections are strictly binding on us, for which ad omnia et quaecunque vota of the same JWIMci, the castellan of our land, the grateful and everlasting memory for this same IMci We promise and assure the castellan of our land and for his worthy successors.
14. Past dispositions of the congresses of our land, an addition from the treasury of the Prussian lands to the Radom commissions for the use of our splendid land for the payment of the poll tax, and the stallo of the Przemyśl castellany. 206 and gr. We had 20 points amounting to it, and now the state interregno committee of Radom is vacant and neither post sancitis of the convocation sejm recenter held in aliam formam is available, so the Prussian additament may be directed differently, therefore we decide and have it at our disposal to also collect the poll tax from the castellany of Przemyśl and from the office of the sword-keeping of Przemyśl today and its succedanei of the pintle tax, the administrators paid out the supplementary tax from this pint tax, while JWIMć Mr. Antoni Morski will run the stallam of the Przemyśl castellany and WlMć Mr. Antoni Drohojowski will hold the office of the Przemyśl swordsmithery.
15. And since Mr. Kazimierz Gidziński, being the susceptant durante pleno iudicio of the Przemyśl land courts, did not hand over the acts accepted for his susceptions, he has not yet handed over the land records disposite aut indisposite retinet and ad archive of the land books, ut intererat, then we providendo securitati of these acts, as at the present time interregnum, as well as the files in the land office in the treasury and the archive of other land books in the landowner's tenement house for this purpose, considering, recognizing and wanting to have them, we oblige the same Mr. Gidziński to keep all the files in the minutes and copies, induced or not, which he accepted as his susceptives, sin omni defectu according to the serializers of his suscepta annotated, into the hands and against a handwritten receipt of IMci Mr. Stanisław Kolankiewicz, he handed over the land books of the clavier in attendentia IMci Mr. Alexander Biliński to the land bailiff of Przemyśl without delay as soon as possible. And if, when handing over according to the serial form, there is any defect, i.e. the insufficiency of an act given in the copy and now, among other things, not being there, then the same Mr. Gidziński's obligation that the omnimode should strive to invent it so that all acts in toto et in tuto sine omni of our land et cuiusvis discrimine remain and lie in their place.
16. And after the dispositions of our glorious land have been pacified in the manner described above, we will transfer this congress de unanimi omnium praesentium assensu to the third day of February in the year 1765, God willing, and we will limit the authoritate of this sejmik with the former and last laudum of the Wiszyn sejmik.
