Universal of the hetman w. kor.
Because under the honor of Jkr. Mci p. n. m. and under his sweet rule there is a close, certain and infallible hope of public peace and universal peace, which universal peace and in these signs should fundamentally manifest itself, so that everywhere, intra regnum, provideatur et manuteneatur security for all, so when I receive messages and information, especially through the public mission from the glorious land of Lviv, as if gathering in some places the wanton heaps, namely in Lviv, in the metropolitan of the splendid Russian Voivodeship, the urbe of the roaming and exorbiting multiplicatur scoundrels, I publish this my universal and oblige it to be published ad notitiam universorum in the towns, cities and parishes, because if anyone dares to make such an excercere violency either in the cities or on the roads and routes, by express law prohibited, then I have ordered such or such excesses to be punished, suppressed, caught and handed over pro summendis poenis ad competens forum by my hetman's orders to the Crown's army utriusqué authoramenti of the Crown and pro securitate of the city of Lviv the praesidium will be located there.
