1. It happened in Zhydaczów on the eleventh day of August, in the year of the Lord, one thousand seven hundred and seventy-two. We, officials and citizens, the heirs and owners of the Jewish district, express the pain and complaint of our fellow brothers and also all citizens who have their own heritage and estates, as well as the common people and serfs, about the burden of the partition and pallets coming from the Lviv commissariat, and who, beyond possibility and proportion, burden not only the general public but also the towns by the manifesto brought to the complainants, moved and so on by these fellow citizens of our brothers to devise in this trouble and to alleviate the ways of bidding as well as from His Majesty Mr. Graf de Fabra, the general of the troops of the Most Serene Roman Christian Emperor over the corps located in Podgórze, having the command, by various citizens of them, ordering and consciously recommending the appointment here to the main and principal place of our district, having gathered together with a superior and bearing in mind that the laudorum resolutions of the landowners' congresses of the Lviv region and the Jewish district in the years one thousand seven hundred and sixty-nine, one thousand seven hundred and seventy and one thousand seven hundred and seventy-one were passed on the fourteenth month of September, regarding the formation of new land tariffs of the Lviv region and the Jewish district, with the preceding submission of inventories of towns and villages, recommended and universal sub die trigesima prima Octobris millesimo septingentesimo septuagesimo anno, by WlMci, the commissioner of the Lviv land and the Jewish district, issued to the files of the Jewish town feria quarta in vigilia festi Omnium Sanctorum of the same year for the offering and sent to the parishes, also the provision of inventories recommended, but not yet are effected, and from the pallet divisions of WlMci, the Commissioner of the Lviv Land, according to the tariff that was adopted in the year one thousand seven hundred and eleven over the proportion and justice of the district, burdensomely imposed on very many citizens and almost everyone here who is conscious, burdened beyond proportion and ability, are being burdened and now even more burdensome by the troops in this district with the consequence that, fearing, the establishment of a new fair tariff they demand uniformly.
2. And since without a prior inspection of the estate and the situation of the property, it cannot be arranged and moderated, so we ask for the implementation of the arrangements and congressional regulations to compile the inventory of the property of our district with the descriptions, and from among us citizens we elect the following inspectors: first of all, to the Jewish parishes and Rozdol parishes and the villages in them Rogoźno with parish farms, Iwanowce, Cucułowce, Pizary, Turady, Pokrowce, Bereźnica, Żurawków, Młyniska, Zabłotowce, Międzyrzecz, the town of Żydaczów, and in the Rozdol region, the town of Rozdół. Brzezina, Dimenka, Leśne and Dolna, Krupsko, Wołeniów, Czernica, Piaseczna, Kijeniec, Derzów and Rudniki WlMci Mr. Stanisław Rzeczycki, cupbearer Winnicki and IMci Mr. Tomasz Bełdowski.
