4. The election of the chosen Most Serene King of the People's Republic of Poland, as in the preservation of rights and a free voice, took place successfully, and its maintenance is the goal of the efforts of the citizens of the entire homeland, declares JO. JW. pp. afterwords, that we will faithfully and zealously adhere to the dignity of the Most Serene King, our lord, as the owner of our fortune and our lives. JO will try to do the same. JWIMciepp. The deputies, in order to strengthen the bond (sic) of the united confederation of both nations, believe that it is the most solid fortress and will proceed to its evacuation as soon as possible until the Republic of Poland secures the election of our Most Serene King, who is happily reigning over us, as well as the organization and management of the country's needs.
5. They will try to JO. JWIMcie pp. deputies about the inaccessible actorum interregni, as the rights at the previous convocation and election Sejm ad utilitates of the Republic of Poland were prudently established and the sancitorum and conjunction of the Crown and Lithuanian confederations approved, so that hard efforts would be brought to fruition.
6. Appointed convocationis by the Sejm to correct the laws of the IMcie pp. The commissioners will arrange for the projects prepared by them to be submitted to JO. JW. pp. the deputies and all the laws of the abusus were infallibly corrected at the present and at each Sejm as fully considered and resolved as possible.
7. And as our Republic, the fact that the customs of the Crown and Lithuanian provinces have been observed in the two Crown and the third in Lithuanian provinces, and that the jurisdiction of the tribunals has always observed et ministeriorum in simili forma et praxi, will be demanded by JO. JW. pp. deputies, so that ad normam of the last constitution of the convocation sejm favore the constitution of the crown that has recently taken place and the separation of the tribunals in Lithuania and the coequation of the batons of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania with the crowns in an equal manner take place, and also the report of the military commissions of both the crown and Lithuania ad normam of the treasury commission of the crown and Lithuania, so that at the first meeting of the chamber the parliamentary council with the Senate of the Republic of Poland, communicated, reported, resolved and decided secundum scriptam legem were diligently and JO will make the greatest efforts to achieve this. 8. A project to establish a stamped paper constitution in the country of the convocation sejm for the formation of both the Crown and Lithuanian commissions is recommended; and since the treasury commission of the illustrious Duchy of Lithuania will reassess itself in Grodno in January 1765, they will arrange for JO. JW. IMPORTANTLY, MPs, that the illustrious province of the Duchy of Lithuania should present its draft of this stamped paper in ordine, in compliance with the draft produced by the Crown Commission, in the most prudent manner, forming its similar pro usu publico draft at the present Sejm.
9. Considering the public satisfaction and joy of our nation that we have a king and lord chosen from the Piast dynasty, we consider that the income of the royal estates of such a high dignity is justly unequal, partly due to the scarcity of royal profits and partly due to the ruination of the royal estates and economy allowed, formerly to the extraneorum of their administration.
JO will propose and try. JW. IMcie pp. deputies, so that the provision of stamped paper, both in the Crown and in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, should be included in the royal income, but with caution, so that this right would serve only the king himself.
10. Even though, since the liberation of the mints a iure regio, the Republic of Poland had not made any profits from it and had no means of investing in it, but had suffered, by depriving the country of good coins and introducing bad coins into it, enormous damage to the entire nation, it restored the minting of coins by pacta conventa iuri regio, as a pro lucro et commodo publico Jkr.
