Manifestation against the resolutions of the Wisła sejmik.
1. Being troubled in our souls and hearts, we, the councils, dignitaries, officials and citizens of the General of the Ruthenian Voivodeship and the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl, Sanok and the Jewish District, expressed in the signatures below, having come together by the power of universals as follows: Jkr. Mci p. n. m. as JO. Prince IMci Radziwiłł, General Marshal of the Confederate States, for unanimous deliberations for the public good, which, for a case that has to be explained to us with considerable anguish in our hearts, has not occurred to us, therefore we immediately declare the impending collapse of faith, freedom and national laws in the most solemn manner.
2. It is true that as one mother country, sons with one mind, we came together on the Monday of the universal assemblies, but when it came to thinking and advising on matters relating to the Holy Roman Catholic faith, freedom and rights, it became a custom. Because after the meeting by JW. chamberlain of the Przemyśl sejmik and the raising of the staff by JW. Starosta of Lviv, we considered it necessary and the first thing for the common good to know, to understand and to understand the instructions and the rules of the conduct of JW. MPs. Then, at these landowners' sessions, observing the ceremonial custom, we introduced and elected JW uniformly. members of parliament, including JW from the Lviv region, Antoni Potocki, starosta of Lviv, Józef Skorupka Padlewski, land judge of Lviv and the Jewish district; from the Przemyśl region JW. Felix Antoni Łoś, starosta of Wyszyń and Adam Konarski, landowner of Sandomir; from the Sanok land JW. Jakub Korwin Bronicki, treasurer of the Wiślica poviat, lieutenant of the armored sign, and Stanisław Dydyński, standard-bearer of Zadrożym, from the Żydaczewo poviat, JW. Franciszek of Rokszyce, a Zapolski cześnikowicz from Lviv. After the end of our deliberations, the session was held at eight o'clock until yesterday. Yesterday, Tuesday (August 25), after the arrival of JW. the castellan of Przemyśl was already divided and we found ghosts transforming things holy on Monday, because JW. deputies began to be changed with attention to God, faith and freedom of those elected, or if anyone wants to maintain this dignity as an envoy, he should be bound by a separate script with the instructions they will follow. This bet caused an unpleasant condition for the conscience and the soul; in such public disputes over God's honor, faith, liberties and freedoms, this session is still clearly expressed by the authority of JW's stick and mouth. The marshal was saluted at eight o'clock.
3. Who would expect such a fire to come from such different thoughts of the opposite spirit, breathing in one and very faint spark? However, although we all belonged to the general confederation, there were almost a dozen people involved in the meeting, only for this sin that had happened, which was to begin only in the event of the canceled session.
it all started badly at eight o'clock. At four o'clock, having cut us off with guard and alacrity from this sweet deliberation, the sacramental participation of the deputies, because with the sacrifice of blood, conscience, life and fortune of the chosen ones, some of us were rejected, and the rest and those immediately chosen to swear in the most necessary sense that they will not betray faith, God and national laws and will not depart from what is the soul of our deliberations, were not given instructions in a short sense, but unbreakable weight, power and strength, to the faith, freedom and homeland freedom that JW has in itself. MPs were given.
