Resolutions of Przemyśl landowners.
1. Acta sunt haec Premisliae in iudiciis reddendarum rationum ac faciendarum calculationum, idque ex limitatione pro die hodierna incidenti, feria secunda post dominicam Cantate AD. 1739.
2. First of all: following the declaration made at the last WIMci congress by Mr. Jan Błażejowski, the presidential cavalry captain of Trembowla, and indeed stating it in toto, we seriously recommend twelve thousand zlotys. one hundred and fifty and five and eighteen Polish groszy ąnte omnes concurrentes from WIMciów pp. the administrators of both the present tenement house and the nobleman as well as the following General Mr. Józef Biażejowski, the hunter of Przemyśl, the administrator of the tenement house, were paid irremissibiliter under the pain stipulated in the previous declaration.
3. Secundo: and since such a restitution of cities and towns in our Przemyśl land that are subject to the payment of the cap and levy tax, it shows that the ullatenus neither with their brothers Mr. administrators of the transegere, nor those authorized to act on the landowner's disposal, nor to pay the above-mentioned taxes determined by law, therefore Ip. The landowner's plenipotentiary has an order to sue the cities of Pruchnik, Jarosław, Kańczuga, Sokole and others, as well as the novae coloniae of the towns, to the Crown Tribunal of Radom, and since per fatalitatem of the broken council we do not have a commissioner from our land to promote these matters, so, as at the previous congress of our HRH, we asked our castellan of Przemyśl to, as ex ordine senatorio he was appointed commissioner for the illustrious tribunal of Radom, and in that place he favored the landowners' interests tueri et prolegere, we repeat our request to the gracious heart of JWIM and the castellan for this amount ad praesens. And although the great merits ubivis locorum JWIMci of the castellan, not only for the entire general but specifically for our Przemyśl land, are in limitatam gratitudinem in the hearts of the civium, but they cannot ad praesens condigne ob egestatem aerarii of our land praemiari, so now JWIMci p. castellan six thousand zlotys. p. are marked, of which PLN 6,000. p. from the current contract of the principal in the administration of the Military Institute of Maritime Affairs, p. of the Przemyśl sea chef, remaining non praeiudicando quidquam of the same's disposal, three thousand zlotys. and this from the city of Jarosław PLN. eight hundred, from the city of Rzeszów PLN. one thousand eight hundred and from Tarnogrod PLN. four hundred irremissibiliter sub executione militari are marked for payment. The second one is PLN 3,000. ad complementum of six thousand zlotys, the declared alio tempore should be paid.
4 Tertio: As our land of the present WlMci Mr. Marcin Wieniawski, the standard-bearer of Przemyśl, into which the vicissitudo rerum has introduced vere indoiet et compatitur situation, so having in pectoribus suis a just repose of great merits in tot muniis et officiis publicis of the same WlMci Mr. standard-bearer, who is the same land, six thousand zlotys. will donate, of which it is PLN 6,000. from the tenancy of the journal a die prima Augusti starting this year in the administration of the WIMci Mr. Józef Błażejewski, hunter of Przemyśl per laudum appointed administrator of PLN. three thousand, and the second three thousand ad complementum six thousand marked alio feliciori tempore should be paid.
