Antoni Wyszpolski, writer of the Lviv lands, pro re etinterest of the splendid land of Lviv and the Zydaczewski district, given on June 21, 1752, anno in Lviv, by the hands of the same priest Łukasz the Minister and the Immaculate Conception, signed, sealed with the monastery seal and entered into the records of the Lviv city feria tertia post festum Nativitatis beatissimae Yirginis Mariae in anno 1754 per obłałem given de tenore sequenti: Below in the signature expressed in my name and of the entire congregation of our Lviv KoUegium intra moenia civitatis found I testify by name with this script in the hands of WIMci pp. Marcin Łoś, deputy judge, and Antoni Wyszpolski, writer of the Lviv lands, given that we are the praecedente of the entire assembly consillio et assensu, acceding to the law of the splendid land of Lviv and the Žydaczewski district and not harming it in any way.
