Laudum of the Wissen regional council.
1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the general of the voivodeship of the Russian lands, in support of the universal of the Most Serene King Augustus the Third from Warsaw issued on July 30, having gathered in Wisznia for the place of ordinary consultationum, i.e. for the sejmik relationis after the happy sejm that reached the extra ordinary pacificationis on the twenty-fourth day month of Septembra, after JWIMci Mr. Mikołaj Sołtyk greeted the castellan of Przemyśl with de consensus universali, the general of the Russian voivodeship of our nemine contradicente, on the due date, we asked for the marshal of our knights' circle of WIMci Mr. Franciszek in Wielkie Dzieduszyce, Dzieduszycki, the standard-bearer of the Lviv region. 2. And first of all we thank the God of hosts that, after the conjunctures of the past revolution, we have achieved complete cointelligency et concivium of the heart in unum sensum coadunavit.
3. And after this, we should give thanks to the Most Serene King Augustus the Third, for paterna cura et soUicitudine, through the Extraordinary Sejm of Warsaw pacificationis, to facilitate the ongoing interventions and has not yet neglected pro bono pubiico paternam gerere curam.
4. Therefore, the satisfaction of the Constitution of the Extraordinary Sejm of Warsaw pacificationis, concluded in the present year one thousand seven hundred and thirty-six,

5. 6. 7. Even though we accept the present constitution and sancita providendo bono publico, however, contra omnes novitates in re publica so far non practicatas, which could aliquas consequentias nocivas legibus et libertatibus nostris inferre, we manifest ourselves praesenti laudo by imploring these WIMs Mr. commissioners from our General, so as not to allow an ullum praeiudicium inferre to our voivodeship and the entire Republic of Poland.
8. The same WIMciom pp. We give the commissioners a specific instruction to the Prince Primate of the Crown of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, according to which they should report the desideria of our voivodeship as an integritatem of the entire Polish Republic, tenentia, circa omnem recognitionem, to the Prince Primate of Lithuania.
