I. We councils, dignitaries, officials and all knights, General of the Russian Voivodeship, on the foundation of the universal Jkr. Mci p. n. m. in Warsaw die decima mensis Junii in the present year one thousand seven hundred and forty-eight, issued today, i.e. the nineteenth of the month of August, with the universal mentioned, assigned to Wisznia as the place of our meetings, with decent amusement, consideration and excellent rekognica having Jkr. There is a constant concern for the common good, and therefore, according to the universal law ad desideria of our Republic, at the time of the same law described in the Ordinary Sejm, the submission and determination, therefore, at the same General Sejm of Warsaw, JWlMciów pp. deputies from the land of Lviv, Wojciech Siemiński of Dębowiec and Franciszek Rzewuski of Kamionacki, starosts of the Przemyśl region, Bazyli Ustrzycki, the treasurer of that land, Adam Mniszek, the starost of Mostów, and from the land of Sanok, Wojciech Grabiński, castellan of Sanok, and Antoni Zielonka, the starosta of Dołżański, we elected de unanimi voto et assensu and with the same instructions JW, handing it to the deputies in writing so that they would be responsible for this procedure iuxta tenor, we obliged them.
