1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights, Voivode General of the Russian lands, have gathered in the city of Vishni, a decent place for our deliberations according to the description of the law, on the twenty-fifth day of the month of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty by law and universal Jkr. On the twentieth day of June of the present year, issued unanimi voto et assensu, we have elected deputies from the Land of Lviv and the Jewish District, Mr. Ignacy Potocki, Castellan of Lviv, Czertyński Starosta, and Józef Skrzetuski, Starosta of Mogielnica; and from the Przemyśl region, JWlMciów pp. Alexander the Sea, the ensign of Przemyśl, and Ignacy Cetner, the starosta of Korytnica, and JWlMciów from the Sanok region. Stanisław Poniatowski, starosta of the Duchy of Lithuania, starosta of Przemyśl, and Adam Ignacy Lewicki, hunter of Lviv, sub-starosta of Przemyśl, obliging these JW. envoys elected ad praesens, so that, having thanked the Most Serene Regnant for his tenderness and care for the common good of our homeland, they would deign to act in accordance with the instructions given to them by us,
