1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the voivodeship and the general of the Russian lands, i.e. the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl, Sanok, the Żydaczewski and Przeworsk counties, on the twenty-third day of the month of July in the present year 1764, from the convocationis sejm, were happily assigned to the sejmiks relationis as our ordinary meeting place in Wisznia having pulled over. And that the confederation of the voivodeship and our general at the anti-convocation assembly on February 6, this year, 1764, under the universal JO. the prince of the Crown of Poland and the prince of the Duchy of Lithuania, the primate of the expedition under the marshal of the voivodeship confederation and general of our JO. Prince IMci Adam in Klevan and Żuków Czartoryski, general of the Podolia lands, and we decided and committed ourselves to all the deliberations of the voivodeship and our general with united hearts and opinions, and to organize and support all meetings under his grace throughout the interregnum, on this foundation of the described confederation of the voivodeship and our general and at the present sejmik relationis of this same JO. We invited Prince IMci Adam of Klevan and Żuków Czartoryski, general of the Podolia lands and our envoy, general, to raise the stick, and after the raised stick, to make a report to JO. JWIMciów pp. Convocationis of deputies to the Sejm was successfully received from us, those elected and sent, we joined.
2. And when from JO's report. JWIMciów pp. deputies of the voivodeship and our general, all the sancita et effecta of the confederated states of the Most Serene Republic of Poland at the present Sejm convocationis have happily arrived, we see and we believe to be pro utilitate et emolumento of the public good that have occurred ex orbita legum over the course of more than half a century of the helpless Republic of Poland remaining, to better effect and observe our laws for the no less greater benefit of our homeland adopted, established and beneficial to the public good, we accept all sancita and constitutions of the Sejm convocationis of the successfully achieved sacrosancte amplectendo as being beneficial to us and the public good, JOJWIMciom pp. We thank the members of our voivodeship pro bene dense functione and for their praiseworthy diligence, sensitivity and efforts for the public good, especially JO. Prince IMci Adam of Klevan and Żuków, General of the Podolia lands, Marshal of our Confederation and the first voivodeship and general of our convocationis to the Sejm, to discharge the parliamentary function of the general and of our voivodeship, and even more so the Sejm staff of the Chamber of Deputies at the current Sejm convocationis, fortunately received with honor General, our pro decore et emolumento of the entire homeland deigned to keep our hearts with constant gratitude, we express our thanks and repentance.
3. And since the day of the election sejm convocationis has happily arrived on the twenty-seventh month of August in the year hereby designated, the day on which our voivodeship is to appear in some order, we have decided and declared ourselves to be a confederation of our voivodeship at the anti-convocation sejmik, and we approve this confederation praesentis laudi sancito. But no rigor like JO. JWW. pp. captains of the confederation of our voivodeship elected, if no one raised the banner at JWW. landowners and citizens of our voivodeship, if he did not appear in person during the next election
We do not assume that we will be present, leaving everyone to his will, especially those who will be attracted by the love of the homeland to appear at this election of the future king and lord, we invite and, standing near Warsaw in the place designated for our voivodeship ad corpus of our voivodeship, sub praesidentia of our first conscious senator in that place to join together two days before the election, we oblige all the circles and laws of our voivodeship to appear there in campo electorali under JO's cane.
