If the case involving WlMcia Mr. Ustrzycki, the Przemyśl treasurer, had not been decided so quickly in our military court, then this case, i.e. in the courts during the popular uprising in the agitating, i.e. Hood, lands, ad instantiam cuiusvis iniuriati vel etiam instigatoris et delegatei, should be decided as soon as possible.
18. Manifesto of the General of the Russian Voivodeship.
1. We, the undersigned, the landowners of the Lviv land and the Jewish district, the Przemyśl and Sanok lands of the Ruthenian Voivodeship of General Wyszyński, stand for the holy Catholic faith, for the maintenance of the law and freedom of our nobility, and for the dignity of the majesty of King Stanisław the First, unanimously elected immobiliter, standing confederated and standing behind the universals late Mr. JWlMć Mr. Jan of Bużenin in Niżyniec Mniszek, the cup-bearer of Przemyśl, the marshal of the same confederation of ours in urgenti us necessitate for the general uprising, released ad tuendam fidem, llbertate et maiestatem, although we intervenientibus fatis late.
