3. If, however, for some urgent need and a great competition among the WIMci robbers, the captain and his henchmen needed help, then every village that would be requisitioned would violently hit the same WIMci captain and his people with a thousand fines. Since the above-mentioned amount of one hundred people from the economy of Sambork belonging to the sine regime et disciplina militari cannot be, therefore IMci Mr. administrator and the entire economy of Sambork need a certum quantum monetary amount contribuere for the lieutenant of these people and together with the people ad manus et dispositionem WIMci Mr. Captain will give sub rigore superius apposito obligatur, and WIMci Mr. Captain to these people a lieutenant compatible eligere and with this amount he is supposed to be happy and stay close to these people, even when exiget necessitas he should assist these people to the event. — Word for word, as it is in the original, published: Jan Mniszek, cup-bearer of the Przemyśl region, marshal of the Confederation of the Confederated Ruthenian Voivodeship.
