Protest of the landowners of the Ruthenian Voivodeship against the castellan
Przemyśl.
1. Per tot fatorum seriem of our Ruthenian Voivodeship (circa tuitionem fidei, libertatis et maiesłatis of the Most Serene King Stanislaus the First), confederated since the death of Saint. Mr. Jan Mniszek, cup-bearer of Przemyśl, marshal of this confederation of ours through the ductorate of JWlMci, Mr. Mikołaj Sołtyk, castellan of Przemyśl, maintaining, seeing the imperfectum (after the death of the first failure to elect another marshal ex equestri ordine) the status against which our manifestos and remanifesta were issued, that the tandem of JWIMć, Mr. Maciej of Unihowa, castellan of Ustrzycki Lviv, who was always a conscientious objector of both the entire Polish Republic and the Ruthenian Voivodeship, a prodesse non parcendo due to his poor health, came here on purpose to the camp in order to persuade them to maintain the confederation into which the Ruthenian Voivodeship adhered to the Holy Catholic faith, rights, freedom and His Most Serene King Stanisław the First, fasting. decessum of the worthy memory of Mr. Mniszek, cup-bearer of Przemyśl, marshal of the same confederation, and another marshal, i.e. unanimi consensu if he could subsequi, i.e. per pluralitatem votorum ex equestri ordine, as they chose this decent honor for the knightly order.
2. We also came closer to the intuition of the persuasive JWlMci, the castellan of Lviv, expecting that it would be accepted, when JWlMci, the castellan of Przemyśl, declared in his letters to JWlMci, the castellan of Lviv, to come together et conferre about the pacification of the entire Ruthenian voivodeship and here he determined the place in Rudki. However, in elusion only, JWlMci, the castellan of Lviv, as well as all of us, without having held any conference near Makoniów yesterday, i.e. on September 18, he submitted his ductorate cum praeiudicio to the first senators before him in the same voivodeship as well as equestris ordinis, keeping them unum sentientes with him, disregarding our manifesto, resolutions in passivitate of the Przemyśl region, they decided et quod maximum to erect an infantry regiment and to maintain the sine nobis staff officers and officers they had chosen, and they wanted to confirm it again in the present last circle.
3. Why did so many praesentes at that time manifest themselves against this, because this militia did not exist during the life of the late. Mr. Marshal's IMci was concluded, only especially in proposito and had many contradictions, so it should not be established cum praeiudicio of our voivodeship without other voivodeships, with which only a decertare de proportione of the new militia is needed, and that is why during the lifetime of Mr. Marshal's IMci in the public circle it was decided to stop with this militia until they meet with others voivodeships, which the splendid Krakow Voivodeship, through its envoys, advised us to wait with this expedition until the meeting of all voivodeships. And then, inhaerendo manifestationi in the city of Przemyśl, feria 6 ant festum S. Bartholomei Apostoli proxima anno Domini 1734 and manifestation in the same city Sabbato ante festum Exaltationis Sanctae Crucis itidem proxima anno Domini 1734 made contra ductoratum uti praeiudiciosum omnesque actus et quaelibet sancita in antecessum as well as ad praesens procurated as long as stante passivitate it has been decided, tum etiam ratione elusionis dignissimi viri consilii and ourselves iterum atque iterum, we manifest ourselves by giving plenariam facultatem omnimodumque potestatem to be given to each of us ad acta quaevis authentica regni co pro rato et grato accept, we submit.
