3. So when at the last immediate convocation the general ordinum confederation sub simili vinculo iuramenti eodem fine as well as our voivodeship was formed, in order to omnes extraneos etiam indigenas for the competition for the Polish Crown, not assuming that we chose the Pole nativum unanimi Dec dante voto, so we followed the general present Warsaw and voivodeships of our confederation and, regulating ourselves to it, we will stand for the next God-given king with a determined election pro die vigesima quinta Augusti anni praesentis, with a popular uprising.
4. The order of standing for the election is to be a general movement, i.e. each land is to be ductor in particular, being the castellan of the Land of Lviv, JWlMć, p. and the general of our voivodeship, i.e. the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl, Sanok and the districts of Żydaczewski and Przeworsk, as well as the lands of Halych and Chełm, also the districts of Trębovel, Kolomyia and Krasnystaw, according to ancient laws and customs, the ductor of JO IMć, Prince August Czartoryski, voivode and general of Ruthenia, shall be the tenetur.
5. And since, having become in campo electorali, our voivodeship should have its own groups ad formanda consilia, so it is communicato consilio with JWIMci pp. senators, with His Majesty the Marshal and councilors of our confederation determined to rebel. —
6. As our voivodeship should not exvince itself secundum obloquentiam of its confederation until the successful coronation, all the assemblies, as well as the in campo electorali circle, which are to be held under the grace of the same Marshal of our voivodeship, should be held at that time.
7. And since the general confederation obliged the voivodeship and the lands to fulfill at the sejmik relationis both the senators who were not at the convocation and the equestris ordo, the oath which both the ordo senatorius and the equestris at the general confederation, i.e. IMcie pp. the deputies fulfilled it, and our voivodeship entered a confederation at the anti-convocational assembly, through which all externs from the competition to the Polish crown were expelled, so it was not possible to reiterate this oath now, but we are postponing it ad campum electoralem for this time, if the entire Republic of Poland was not assisted, then we should explere this jurament,
8. And since at the convocationis sub vinculo confederationis held in harmony, it was sufficiently described what our voivodeship also accepts, and yet ex post we receive pathetic news and messages, so if there were to be between us such memorable
1 S. Marcin,
and hell-bent on the destruction of the subject's homeland, which would engage in machinations through their representatives with outside powers. they would conspire in pernicem of the Republic of Poland, and having voluntarily sworn to a confederation to which not only were they not forced to join, but even those who flinched from this oath were not wanted to be admitted, as patuit from the examples of their homeland, they would now seek the media to introduce foreign troops in viscera regni sub colore protection liberi veto et quod horribilius, that foreign ministers, ut fertur, with some ex senatorio ordine et equestri of the script given to themselves hoc in puncto would be proud of their signatures, so in virtute of the description, in which we are obliged to have such an oath confirmed by fide nostra iurata, each etiam cum successoribus suis pro hoste, infami, bannito et invindicabili capite cum asseclis eius, and his goods should be confiscated.
9. Considering that it is right that we have arrived ad campum electoralem, we will demand that whoever is subjected to a just huius criminis suppositio et deductio, ad instantiam instigatoris to the court of the general court be sued et poenis superius expressis irremissibilifer punished, which also extends cum requisitione to the clergy by the Council of the Holy Father, so that in sacris suspendatur et beneficiis privetur, which futurus regnans, as post perduelles vacant bene meritis will be rendered.
9. And since, according to the law of the general confederation, the banners should not be raised until in campo electorali near Warsaw, we praesenti laudo decide that the WIMcie pp. Land standard-bearers under regimental banners, including WlMć, Mr. Łączyński, the Jewish standard-bearer under JWIMcia, Mr. Borzęcki, under the Lithuanian District Starosta, raised the district standard, and others, Mr. Borzęcki, Captains according to the described confederation are to appear at the previous anti-convocation assembly.
