Act of Grodtka and Liemno III. yg
Uherce, September 2, 1767.
The castellan of Sanok refrains from protesting against the sejmik done to Wiszyński.
1. Although I, the undersigned, sent to my home a manifesto against the assembly of the general of our Russians in Vishnia at the scheduled time, which was urgently sent to me at my insistence, without taking into account and without properly considering the essence of this manifesto, and taking particular note of the signatures of the upper hands of our land, officials and fellow citizens, I signed it in the space provided for me to sign, but having measured and considering that my signature should not have been attached to the same manifesto for several reasons, first of all that I was not on the Wyszyński sejmik, employed by the commission of the crown assessory, and only the law allowed to grant validity or invalidity to conscious sejmiks.
2. Moreover, since I am unconscious and aware of various pro et contra news about the agitation of this assembly, more and more news is reaching me, so I cannot and should not judge anything decisive about it, in the end, such an actus ex personali is ordinary and should be done, and I am in my own home and not on the council of the WW. IMci pp. officials and fellow citizens gathered in Sanok, I was not conscious, nor did I even speak or see these WW. fellow citizens whose signatures are on the above-mentioned manifesto, I did not have any, therefore, less deliberately and therefore unnecessarily, I want to consider my signature invalid on the said manifesto, and I hereby ad acta publica of the city of Sanok, by sending a declaration, delete, delete and annihilate, and recommend such a public declaration with the signature of my own hand with an ordinary seal, declaring it to my plenipotentiary as an offering. Given in my residence Uhercach die secunda mensis Septembris 1767. Józef of Malice Malicki, castellan of Sanok.
