Resolutions of the Sanok landowners.
1. We, dignitaries, officials and all the landowners of the splendid land of Sanok, having come here to Sanolec for court proceedings, found an officer with soldiers from the regiment of Wlmci, Mr. Werovkin, colonel of the Russian troops, who, according to the universal wisdom of JWIMci Mr. Bismark, general of the Russian troops, were asking for portions and rations on our land of Sanok. he came to enforce it, so to avoid our final ruin, we agreed to pay the above-mentioned portions and rations in money.
