1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the illustrious voivodeship and general of the Russian lands, i.e. the Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok lands and the Jewish district, after the fortunate election of the Most Serene Stanisław August, king and our gracious lord in virtute of the Sejm electionis on the twenty-seventh day of August of the present year one thousand seven hundred sixty-fourth between Warsaw and Wola, freely dispatched and arriving on the twenty-ninth day of October, designated by the same constitution to the antecoronation sejmiks by the universal JO. Prince IMci Władysław Łubieński, Archbishop of Gniezno, Primate of the Crown of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, proclaimed, to Vishnia, in the place of our deliberations, for the sejmik of deputies the former constitutions and the last convocationis of the sejm in the present year 1764, appointed and approved, having come together, first to the Most High God, the king of kings, that coadunavit corda et vota civium, by its omnipotence to the desired unanimous and free, free and happily achieved election, has deigned to bless us with the due and infinite thanks, respecting the laudum and confederation of the voivodeship and the general on our day, the 6th month of February in the present year 1764, here in Wisznia at the anti-convocation assembly, that all deliberations voivodeship and general of our lands under the patronage of JO.
