We, the council, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the citizens of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, the Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok lands and counties, gathered today at the Wisnian sejmik of the elective deputy, make it clear that in the center of our circle we have stood tall a) the noble lords Hrehory Samuel and Alexander Strzelbicki, fulfilling the decree of the main tribunal court of Lublin in the present year 1646 they have a vigesima nona die between them and the noble lord Korytek Bryszewski for reprimand in the nobility offered, they wanted and were ready to prove their nobility through related witnesses, their older relatives and other documents and dispositions in the letters before us, in accordance with common law and described in the tribunal decree, but that due to the inconsistent choices of the marshal, the present parliamentary assembly voivodeship and our lands broke up, so when they demonstrated in our circle about it, they asked us for our attestation, which we gave them with our signatures, and they sent it back to the court of the same main tribunal in Lublin with our attestation on the matter.
