1. Having come to the Sanok Years, the undersigned, with their manifestation in front of the protesting deputies of the Sanok region, make it seem that from the previous Sejm, Their Majesty Mr. our deputies brought us a sejmik for a certain period of time after the sejm, composed for the conclusion of certain points in the needs of the Republic of Poland, about which neither the universal announcement was made to us according to custom, nor the constitution was brought to our city from a meeting, and if we had received the information sent to the city either through the universal or through early constitutions, we would not have failed to appear there and according to the law messages from IMci pp. take our envoys, and even if we had known about the change in the place of presentation, which had long been forbidden by law near Sanok, we would not have refrained from speaking against him. Although our deputies also protested against the fact that they were erased from the consensus, who, like the Lviv land, excited the Sanok land, as their protestation proves more broadly, we, standing by this protest, adhere to the old law regarding the place of presentation near Sanok. 2. However, showing the manner and paenas of the present approval, we protest against the place only when our MPs protest, because not only is it written against the law, but also there are various other pericula and impossibilitates that our land cannot be described under the Cherry Tree. First of all, the Hungarian land is in danger from our borders, and the time is scheduled in such a way that the greatest number of waters and rivers can be resolved, between which our land is located in the mountains, and therefore there are bad crossings, waters, namely the San river, which is navigabilis, rapid, does not suffer any bridges, which when it gathers, then not only somewhere else, but near Przemyśl, where it is the calmest, although a detour for the inhabitants of Sanok further, the transport of the road does not allow us to reach Wiśnia in any way, and Sanoczek, Oslawa, Strąż, Wisłok and many others, as it happens in spring, do not allow anyone to leave the house. And with such inconvenient roads and crossings, the distance of the place is the reason, because one of us would have to drive fifteen and the other twenty miles through such bad crossings to Wysno. 3. Also, at this sejm of the ninth levy, the third part of the fief for the improvement of the Sanok castle is decided on us *), from which we and our ancestors are freed as from other obligations, only the future after us is decided as a sign of supremi dominii, so

We, pro hac vice, seeing the dangerous times, allow the third part of this ninth fief collection to be used to improve the Sanok castle, with the condition that in posterum, without the full consent of the local council, no one would later dare to introduce and allow such taxes and freedoms in any way named contrary to our rights.
