Due to the obligations of WMciow m. m. pp. to Wiśnia for the sejmik pro die 24 [April Fools] gathered at the appointed time), my time in the laudum in Wiśnia at the same sejmik was marked and described without prejudice, for the information of the WMciow. m. m. p. and brothers, I am aware that I have not been able to obtain a lease in any of the tenement houses that have been tried in various places at the request of the WMciow. Therefore, my m. p. p. and brothers from a different scale, according to our resolution at the same assembly on taxes, deigned to think about taxes early, and have already expressed their support for such a resolution of our assembly, without further ado, I announce, asking them Mbi Messrs. regents, so that my universal, acceding to the will of WMci m. m. pp. and brothers was entered into the books and published for more reliable information to all their citizens in the Przemyśl region.
