Most eminent gentlemen and brothers, lords of castellans, dignitaries and all the knights of the Sanok land, I faithfully wish you all the graces of the dear Lord God, health and all fortune. As tempore interregni, there was a unanimous and uniform decision of the WMci regarding the ultimae instanliae courts, which the king of Mci deigned to confirm to us according to the sub interregno confederation, so I am subject to all this as a duty of my office, so that the WMci does not compromise on anything and also upon the request and admonition of the WMci that these courts take their effect, to all I declare that I am presenting the above-mentioned courts or the election of deputies and appointing a time for them on the first Monday after the Wednesday of Lent and a place in Lviv.
