1. We, dignitaries, officials and knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, at the assembly on April Fool's Day, here in Wisnie, behind the universal Jkr. namely Ich Mciom pp. We announce to the citizens of the Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok lands that we accept the resolution of the previous Sejm, from which Mr. the deputies of our voivodeship took a draft of one fian and the other third part, i.e. ten groszy, and also the election of pp. tax collectors to their brothers, taking into account the past great desolation of our countries by the pagans and the future, no less significant, in many ways, our countries coming to us and here from the Tartars, therefore, and with the consent of their Fathers, Messrs. our brothers in some of the upper voivodeships, who, feeling sorry for such a miserabundum statum rerum nostrarum, de facto allowed for our defense two fief levies and a third part of the third one'), then we and the given J. kr. Sanok, April 19-33, 1619.
Seven protests by the landowners of Sanok against the praises of the Wisła sejmik, as well as a protest by the collector about the readiness to choose conscription in accordance with the land rules of the Wisła sejmik.
