1. First of all, let everyone know that at 4 p.m. they will come to the church and start their consilia, because the day is short and they will need to disperse before 8 p.m. and 3 p.m., at which time they will close the city. 2. To this circle, that every one pacifice inermis without hajduks et sine tumultibus should come, with a rifle or any rifle, both to the circle and to the city, so that no one should go there, for which they are to be appointed by their elder masters. 3. The city should be kept in peace according to the Confederation, so that no one would go there amidst gun and tumult, because everyone has inns in the suburbs and everyone can get their needs there for money. 4. Everyone needs to buy as much as they can, so that no one is harmed in doing so. And whoever goes against the above-described articles will be subject to sub iudicium of their elected elders in Rzeszów, whom we approve with the present congress, who in delineuentes animadvertate iuxta ius scriptum et iuxta qualitates excessuum ^}.
