11. It comes to our voivodeship that the efforts of the late Father Wężyk and Father Lipski of the Archbishops of Gniezno to take place in the archives of both the late Father Wężyk and the Archbishop of Lipski, to try for this. our envoys will ensure that such letters are returned ad archivum regni. 12. Because there are senators who received the privilege of being a senator from J. kr. Uci, having received the title of their own, without taking the senatorial oath, sought to do so. our deputies will be so that those who do not take the senatorial oath by the year of taking the senatorial oath will not be named pro senatoribus and will remain ad senatoriam dignitalem capescendam inhabiies thereafter.

12. Sejm conclusions should be sought by Messrs. our MPs and that after the Sejm, Mr. seals in the inns, the constitutions were not revised, but during the parliamentary conclusions, both from the senate and from the knights' circle, deputies were assigned to the marshal of deputies, who, as they agreed, would sign the constitutions written down by a separate writer3 and the same MPs. the deputies to the Marshal of Deputies should only submit the provisions of these constitutions, having seen them as thoroughly as possible, to enter them into the files, and in no way should the Parliament be subject to any prolongation of the Sejm. Our MPs cannot allow this. 13. Wishing that J. kr. Mć is an example of his antecessors, especially the late. the lord of his father the king IMci had such benefit from the goods of his lord's table that he did not need any other subsidies from the Republic of Poland, we entrust this to Mr. to our deputies to ensure that these economies plus offerenti are rented, and if there are any who would, contra tam severas leges, privately benefit from the table goods of J. kr. They referred to such old and recent laws and constitutions, having re-assumed them. our MPs paenas legum urgere. 14. It is with great admiration that our voivodeship appreciates that the consensus on the already conferenced bishopric of Płock of the crown estates of J. kr. I deign to demand the right of this Republic and the consensum omiiium they did not allow, in which although we feel pitifully violata iura, superante amore against the royal house and being sure that pari amore a domo regia the Republic of Poland will be rewarded, we give our consensus through Messrs. our envoys for the confirmation of the conferred bishopric of Płock, if all other voivodeships consent to it, with this deposit, so that the king may fulfill all the conditions which he imposed upon himself in conferring the diocese of Krakow to the late. Her Majesty the Prince, Jan Olbracht, insisted that no vacancies or administrations of their sine omnium ordinum consensus be granted in the Sejm accedente domui regiae in posterum. 15. Our province declares its love for Prince His Majesty Casimir and commissions Mr. to his envoys so that, by consensus omnium ordinum accedente, to His Majesty the Prince Casimir and vim lautioris provisionis, the King may confer any starosty in Poland or in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, as long as there is only one, iuribus Reipublicae as in other king conservatis and which were from today's King His Majesty. n. m. ante susceptum regnum preserved. 16. Since ex intention these laws on not exporting saltpeter, which is the anima belli of the Republic of Poland, were passed so as not to deprive the Republic of Poland in them, and now all the saltpeter goes to Gdańsk, from where it immediately goes to foreign nations, and what is more, not very friendly to the Republic of Poland, therefore the Republic of Poland cannot express its intention and has a very small in public commission in saltpetre, We commission it to pp. to our deputies, so that, cosensu omnium ordinum, they could be persuaded that the Republic of Poland ex tanto privatorum commodo, which they bring to themselves contra intentionem of the Republic, could have any benefit, and that at least the twentieth stone of saltpeter nemine excepto should be given by each person for the needs of the Republic of Poland, and the Jews should be forbidden omnino not to buy nitrate sub confiscatione bonorum.; 17. '^Since some cities boast certain privileges which would allow them to admit them ad hberam regis electionem along with the nobility, which the nobility has often demanded that they
