1. We, clerical councils, lay officials and knights, gathered at the parliamentary council on an ordinary day in Wisno, having heard the envoy of J. kr. Mci p. n. m. by whom J. kr. Our lord has deigned to explain to us his efforts and plans for the increase of the fame of our nation and the expansion of the crown states *), we can clearly see that, although always thanks to the diligent efforts of J. kr. There was nothing to worry about the safety and integrity of the Polish Republic, as well as the multiplication of fame and fortune, but especially now, for such an opportunity that God Himself provides not only for the recovery of those who belonged to the ancestors of J, kr. The motive of the Polish kings of blessed memory is to be separated from the Crown, but also to acquire and join to the Crown all such a wide and abundant land of Moscow, an almost ardent love against our homeland in initiating this war. J. kr. He was kind enough to show us. Because, recalling the innocent and cruel blood of our brothers which took place due to the betrayal in Moscow, the imprisonment of the Crown's envoys, in which not only the pactis that infercesserant between us, but also the communi per totum orbem terrarum iuri gentium, was a violation, and we should feel sorry for it, and such an open injustice stimulated us to take revenge, and this was J. Kr. Bearing in mind that communicatis sufTragiis cum ordinibus regni he could not go to war as soon as time needed, after coming to an agreement with their Messrs. senators, suddenly, almost weighing his health and wealth, he went to war. We, therefore, unable to hide this gratitude, first J. kr. We humbly thank you for all the works and efforts that you deign to undertake for our homeland, and we faithfully wish that the Lord God J. Kr. He deigned to come to us in good health and with a famous victory. 2. In addition, we have considerable faith against J. kr. We also declare our simple love for our homeland and in support of this war, we all uniformly and unanimously agree on the same conscription as was passed at the previous Sejm, in accordance with the universal to which we refer in toto, we allow, which on St. Jendrej ') is close to returning, we promise. 3. To elect and collect at the same time we appoint Mr. Krzysztof Leśniowski, the Zydaczowski military officer, from the Lviv region, Mr. Jan Fredro, the Przemyśl hunter, from the Przemyśl IMci, and Mr. Wojciech Humnicki, judge of Sanok, who are Messrs. collectors, having taken the usual oath during the first years of land or town, choose the collections and hand them over completely to the crown treasurer. 4. And since we allow this extra ordinarie pro hac vice tantum collection to be undertaken at an ordinary time, considering such a sudden need for the Republic of Poland, we also make arrangements for it and promise with good words that we will not start any collections thereafter or make any mention of them until those voivodeships that have been

they stopped the collections, they gave them firmly to the treasury and compared them with us. Because it is unfair that we, being only one member of the Republic of Poland, should bear the totius corporis mole. 5. It is our consent that this be made known to all as soon as possible, with the signature of one of their brothers, pp. We ordered the senators and the marshal of our circle to be returned to the district town records and inserted into the town records.
