We, the clerical councils of the crown and lay people at the Warsaw Convocation, who are present and individually to everyone who should know this, namely the names of Messrs. knighthood and pp. We inform the deputies or judges of the confederation of the Ruthenian land that at this social congress of ours, the famous councilors and burghers of the city of Lviv expressed their support to us through their envoys and declared to the solemnist, in accordance with the protest, which they also made before the town acts of Lviv, that they would join the confederation and the courts of the Russian voivodeship after the departure of King IMei and those the times decided, regarding the rights, privileges and freedoms, they do not allow them for many reasons described in the protest, asking us to defend them in this absence of the king. And so we, from our senatorial seats, warning that no one should be harmed in their laws, especially sometimes under this, admonish our brothers in this regard, so that these townspeople are not molested in their ordinary laws and orders, and that you behave against them in the same way as other voivodeships behave against other crown towns, which we believe is our admonition given to the Mayor of there will be room. And for better faith in this letter, we have sealed this letter, Datum Warszawie ex conventione generali XIX die Septembris anno Domini MDLXXniI.

Wiśnia, December 1, 1674. The Wiśnia sejmik establishes a voivodeship general court.
1. Justice in common matters, as necessary, no one is so stupid as not to pay attention to this, because through it human assemblies are not called common things, but a scoundrel's assemblage, which in Poland, because we did not have the right to do so, decided for us to discuss it during the royal election. And in order to make its decision more thorough, we secured it completely and intact by the articles therein and the oath taken by the king's envoys himself in Paris before our envoys and then in Krakow at the coronation sejm. And after long persuasions, certain customs of doing so emerged, however, not everyone agreed to them equally, we had postponements for the second a) meetings, until now the one in Wisnia, where we, the councils and the crown knights in the Ruthenian voivodeship, having before us the decisions of other voivodeships, carefully considered them, and then consulted and agreed to the one that is closest to the law our common, and this is experientia edocti, that when we depart from old laws and customs, everything becomes difficult for us, and then we have to return to them from time to time. Therefore, in this act, urging justice to ancient custom and law, we agreed as follows. 2. Therefore, we start the manner of these courts from this and establish that from that time on in the Russian voivodeship we will include and organize all courts in our own jurisdiction and club, i.e. land courts, city courts, starosta's courts, bailiffs' courts, commissioner's courts and all federal courts.
