simul go to Lviv and sue him in praesentiam suam and try him publicly without any doubt. 19. And when there is conviclus and condemnatus, they are also per universaies litteras to announce to all of us, and this is how we should move, bound by our good nature and faith, as contra hostem patriae. And if there is such a powerful person whose power our voivodeship cannot cope with, we should inform other lords of our brother voivodeships, other nearby voivodeships, so that their auxilio power of such a person vanquished by law can be destroyed. And whoever finds himself either wanting to be such a comples and being suprascriplo modo auxilio et consilio to him, or not taking any action against such a person following the announcement of the hood lords, then paenae confiscationis bonorum will also be extended against him, which iuxta statuta of the Republic of Poland cedere debent. 20. And since in the past interregna we have suffered a lot of harm on behalf of the privata authoritate, both to us and those running from us, we allow and promise that no envoys will be accepted from outside lords, nor should they dare to send from us or communicate with them or dare to communicate with them per internuntios, which the starostas will have to observe and immigrate to everyone, which will be allowed for everyone, even if they are non-starostas. 31. Also, there is no extraneum militem to join the Crown, and yes, those who were with the king, as well as those with other people, should be dismissed, as we promise under this confederation. 22. And taking care not to cause any harm or harm to the people, we allow that in the Russian provinces records, donationes, resignations, pledges and protestations, receipts, districts of damages, wounds, murders and other wrongs of all kinds be kept in towns, even those affecting persons and lands. 23. Although we wished that every etiam in causis civilibus would receive justice, however, so that the penalties in the above-appointed courts are not transformed, we establish that all sub interregno wrongs committed civiliter, terminum peremptorium pro primis terminis post coronationem in every land celebrandis, so that delay will not be a refuge for free people. 24. Foreign envoys were sent not ad privatas pensonas but ad publicos conventus. And as for relatives and children who have them in foreign lands or should have them, then no letters from the masters of hoods should be sent to those without information or evidence. 25. If the townspeople commit a crime against one of them, they are not to arrest a resident of the city or a suburb, but to sue him before the hoods, and if a non-settled person is armed with anything of the sort, then they are to arrest him with the knowledge of the castle office, but they are not to judge him, but these hoods are to judge the town office and two burghers from the town council. 26. Since some of our brothers from this voivodeship have their estates and leases in other voivodeships, then if any of them were to be raped in another voivodeship, we should all stand firmly with our brother, with our faith, and take it for publicam omnium nostrum iniuriam in publicis coaventibus, both our deputies at the convocation and we who will be at elekeyej. 27. We also promise, out of honor and faith, and in keeping with our laws, that we are not to obey the king we have chosen so far, unless we have the rights of public and privatim privileges granted under common laws, as well as those whose amendment or new ones we have agreed to by a common resolution and have confirmed and sworn to. 28. And everything in this confederation is described in such a way in genere and in specie that we can tear it off completely and intact in each article and bring it to the above-mentioned effect, with our honor and faith, and we promise for ourselves and our descendants until the king is freely elected and crowned, and then we will abide by the laws of the crown and act according to them.
