1. We, the council of dignitaries, officials and knights, citizens of the Ruthenian, Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok lands, having gathered in Wisno for the assembly on March fourteenth from J. kr. Mci p. n. submitted to us *). First, taxes from the previous Sejm of the happy coronation of J. Kr. Mci by Their Mć pp. our envoys taken to us'), such as we published last year, and we agreed to allow, that is, the principal for the present year; levies: Lviv land seven, Przemyśl land four, Sanok land half a quarter, which we should spend under the wines de contributionibus publicis approved. 2. We allocated the seventh of these collections from the Lviv land to the defense of the castle and the city of Lviv, that is, the sum of one thousand zlotys for the townspeople's ashes. We mark this by adding that these ashes will remain in armentnrio publico and in the cupboard of the Treasurer of the Crown, unless, God forbid, there is a sudden danger to Lviv. Having given away a thousand zlotys. to the townspeople of Lviv from the seventh levy, the entire sum residuam of this levy will be handed over by the Lviv collector to the hands of the Lviv starosta *) for defense and the ashes to the Lviv castle, of which the Lviv starost should make a ration before the Crown treasurer and the Lviv land office. However, the collector of Lviv should make a sufficient account of all seven payments in the treasury sub iisdem paenis. 3. Which taxes are now allowed to be levied from us by the Treasurer of the Crown, and should be spent on the defense of Ukraine by our authority, because seeing such a violent danger, the summa necessitas has appeared there. 4.
