in Wlsnl, August 7* 1592. Łaadaui of the Wiszno sejmik.

1. What happened in Wiśnia at the district assembly of the Ruthenian Voivodeship on the seventh month of August in the year of our Lord 159 We, the clerical and secular councils, and all the knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship gathered at the present assembly, declare to each and every one of us that we, adhering to the ancient laws and customs, elect deputies from among ourselves to the general assembly of the Crown in Warsaw on the seventh day of Septembra, convened by their Mts. and his brothers, from the land of Lviv, Jan of Fulstin Herborth, the standard-bearer, and Mr. Jakub Leśniowski, the Lviv cup-bearer; from the Przemyśl land, IMó Mr. Jan Szęsny Herburt, starost of Mosczi, IMć Mr. Stanisław Stadnicki from Zmigrod, IMć. Mr. Jerzy Stana, to whom we have unanimously submitted the instructions and articles below. 2. First, thank J. Kr. Your envoys and your colleagues are grateful for their loving and almost paternal care and consideration for us, their faithful subjects, and especially for their fortunate rule over us with the Turk, the Tartar, the Muscovites and other external enemies, they deigned to calm us down. 3. And since the suspense for the King to leave us spread throughout the Crown, foreign practices, namely the house of Rakusz, took place and made people afraid, so many people did the same. Due to the knighthood and knighthood, people had to come to this and for the sake of social understanding and seeking such things, they organized meetings, now, after convening the general assembly of the Crown, being at the assembly of Višina with the instructing envoy, J. Kr. We have understood this matter well from discussions and collective deliberation, and we are now entrusting it to Mr. the envoys, so that they would first thank His Majesty the King in our name for having informed us about these suspices and given us the grace to live with us, faithful subjects, and to provide us with confidence in other matters as well. 4. At the same time, they should say, so that the King does not deign to offend His Majesty, that many people thought that they attached their thoughts to this suspense, and that they are not in a position to stop the entire power of the King, His Lord, as well as the destruction of the Republic of Poland, of his homeland, but in all this, in order to better protect the dignitas et integritas of His Majesty and the Republic of Poland, they are not at liberty to do so, and the King, through his envoy, in his instructions he lets us know and allows that the inquisition of these and all practices and apprentices at the Sejm, rather than any other deliberations, will be carried out and brought to fruition in a way that suits all the members of the Sejm. 5. And if anyone wants to break up this inquisition, then Mr. the deputies are to sympathize with those deputies from other voivodeships who would like to support this inquisition. And if anyone shows himself to be an apprentice, then punish him, while protecting the dignity and leadership of His Majesty the King himself, to whom we wish a long and prosperous reign over us. And for external and internal internships and trainees, we entrusted Mr. deputies, so that the custom of restraining and abolishing them, together with other deputies, should be invented and brought to execution. 6. We also commissioned the gentlemen deputies to find a custom with the other crown estates as to what the noble estate should do if violence and danger to its freedoms and those of the Republic of Poland were to occur. 7. They are going on trial at this parliament
