in Wiśnia, September 1, 1573. JLaadum of the Wisła sejmik on the courts for the period of the interregnum.

1. We, gentlemen of the clerical and saintly councils and all the knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, as per the resolution of the previous general assembly near Warsaw in the present year elected to the assembly scheduled for Vysnie ad indictam diem this year, on the first day of September, we were eaten and gathered, so as we talked about our Crown Kingdom and useful and necessary things, this assembly also involved judging the lords of the starostas and the lords of the hoods that these dubia were brought among us. 3. That the hood lords understood and agreed to the past constitution in Wiśnia after the convocation held in the same year and held on the second day of the March moon*), so that the staroste lords should not judge common wrongs based on this constitution, but the hood lords should refer to the constitutional paragraph which begins as follows: And the hood lords are to put the described things under the hood with the explication that they judged all wrongs and damages there magnis quam parvis nuUis exceptis, so we welded together our advice and persuasions on this subject long and carefully, also maintaining the common peace, which we observed immediately after the death of the king to our deceased lord in Glinany^), and they unanimously resolved this doubt and considered it so well and decided, and now we decide to strengthen it with this act, so that it will be so in this voivodeship According to this improvement and our decision, the trial was held in the Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok districts. Therefore, without derogating from the confederation of the hood in Glinany, and to our different constitution by our interregni meeting at this time, and indeed, firmly filing the whole thing, we decide and establish that all wrongs, nuis exceptis, are to be judged by the lords of the hood in the castles with the town office, that is, with the starostas, or in the absence of the lords, the starosts with their lord sub-starostas, only under the supervision of the municipal office itself. However, if the hood lords were not praesentes ad causam, which the party wanted to have announced to them, then the office of the eldership non obstante absentia of the hood holders is to act in causa and judge according to common law and make a decree, from which there is no appeal. 3, Provided further by the resolution of the present assembly, that all causas which are pending before the municipal office at the time of this interregni, which have not ended, but have begun vigore confoederationum, should end before that office, in quibuscunque gradibus punctisque iuris dependentibus, even if the coronation of the King of His Majesty takes place, which, Lord God, grant it soon, let's hope a legacy of the Confederation. 4. And for better certainty, we entrusted the writing of this constitution of ours, that we had to leave for our urgent needs, to Mr. Walenty Orzechowski, a judge of Przemyśl, who was born in Przemyśl, and we gave full power to all estates, so their advice as the knights was to put his seal on this law of ours written by him and sign it with his hand, to which the seal and his signature should be valid and we are ordered to send it to the towns ad acticandum in acta, as the lords of the crown councils of the Russian voivodeship and all the knights and to be sent back to the towns ad acticandum in acta, so that this decision of ours is made known to everyone and that it is held firmly and intact and accepted in the offices and judged in accordance with this written resolution. It happened in Wiśnia at the meeting of all the estates of the Ruthenian Voivodeship die prima Septembris. Anno domini millesimo septingentesimo septuagesimo tertio.
