1. We, council officials and knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, especially from the Lviv, Przemyśl and Halych counties, who have come here to Wiśnia today following the announcement of IMci Mr. Mikołaj Herbortlio of Fulstin, castellan of Lviv, starosta of Lviv, out of love for the Republic of Poland, they visited the Polish People's Republic, seeing the violation of our liberties by our brothers in some voivodeships, that they not only gave us two lords (repulsing us from freely choosing a lord) over our rights, but also some provisions de expeditione bellica tum paenis de iure sancitis') on us without us, wanting us to have them. they supported this project, thereby suppressing our harm that I suffer from them in libera electione regis, so in order to prevent it, we promise to all of us, with good words, to appear ad diem 23 Novembris in the place in Rzeszów and near Rzeszów and there, as if we could come to an understanding with our other brothers from other voivodeships and we would be able to prevent this evil, without any doubt about our other brothers, who are not here at the moment, that as true sons of the Crown, remembering their freedom, in which they and their ancestors, having purchased us with their blood, left them, so that they would not lose it, that they would want to be there with us and, without sparing their health and expenses, lean on it and pledge it, because almost everything is important to us. 2. And since it has come to us from the universals of our brothers appointed above, that the coronation of one king ad diem 15 Novembris has already taken place, and the other party is waiting for the time and occasion with its elect, fearing that they will completely violate our rights and bring us into slavery, hence at the same time we are sending among our brothers the born lords of Mr. Wojciech Starzechowski, Mr. Prokop Raszek, judge of the land Halicz, Mr. Stanisław Podolieczki, the cabinetmaker of the Lviv land, and Mr. Piotr Korythek to their mothers, admonishing their mothers to stop this coronation until we could gather together and discuss ourselves and our freedoms. 3. We commissioned our brothers to admonish the Russian voivode, out of his duty to us, to appear together with the other senators of the Russian voivodeship and consult with us about our freedoms, and our other brothers who had already left, and having announced our decision to them, he admonished them to come to us and consult with us about their and our freedoms, understanding and about our other brothers from other provinces, who have also moved from their homes, that they will not consult with us and advise us so that we do not send them to this downfall, which is very likely to happen. 4. And if our voivode, our brothers, in such great and sudden need, wanted to show such reluctance and did not deign to come to us, then we, having gathered together, want to choose another leader for government and justice. 5. And since, by their grace, and at our request, the Archbishop of Lviv and together with the lord of Galicia, the starosta of Lviv*) promised to appear for us at this meeting, we do not doubt that their other lordships, senators, are an example of their majesties, that they will do the same, taking out of this movement the townspeople of Iviv, who also, through their messengers, have faith and stability in us they offered theirs as in our confederation, because we all deserve strength there. 6. And we ask these gentlemen, our envoys, not to fail to inform us, on the above-appointed day on which we are to gather in Rzeszów, about everything that will happen there. 7. And we send this our decision to the towns of Lviv, Przemyśl, Halych, Trembowla, and Zhydaczów for a quicker announcement to our brothers, through their Mts. starostas and offices of their families, asking their parents Mr. starostas as our brothers, to be their Lord

from their offices they deigned to bring it to everyone's attention without delay and to proclaim it in public places, to which we placed our seals and signed it with our hands. It happened at the Wisniński meeting in "Wiśnia on the 5th of the month of Norembra, in the year of God 1587.
