Kr. We are ready to take advantage of our fame, health and wealth, while maintaining in toto praesentem the status of our homeland given to us by our ancestors. We also admit that we have had enough of the King IMci, according to the articles in Wiślica, which we persuaded to accept as the foundation of our old rights and freedoms, and still deign to offer himself to us. In his instructions, he will deign to do everything willingly to improve and increase our rights and freedoms, to which all classes will agree at the Sejm. For what also J. kr. We thank you, being sure that as a result he will deign to declare to us and fulfill what His Holiness and His humility request. We are asking you and entrusting this to Mr. to our deputies that the above-mentioned Wiślica articles and whatever the consent of the Sejm would otherwise require be included in the volumen legum publicarum. 3. Taking into account the content of all instructions, J. kr. Correctura iurium, so that it would be necessary to try to sedulo maią pp. at this Sejm. our MPs, which is only intended to put an end to the legal process, identifying the rightful victims without deposition, and to pursue enforcement proceedings. 5. We are to some extent concerned about this decline of our brothers, which not only causes general peace and internal harmony, but also opens the gates to the enemies of the Crown, et in summo discrimine rerum versamur. Please J. kr. Senators should not bother to put an end to this, to bring them to common consent, to reach a remedio ordinario with the Sejm, giving peace to mixtures and divisions.
