stimulating the economy of Samborska, which we ask them to do. Mr. MP with the recommendation of faithful submission and humble services of our brethren. Mcci succeeded. 5. Then we elected a deputy to the tribunal courts, His Majesty, Mr. Jan Herburt of Fulsstyn, the standard-bearer of Lviv, a man well-deserved in our Kingdom and worthy of this office. 6. Having also agreed with the Warsaw Constitution, we assign to our deputy, for the correction of the rights, to his chosen one, Mr. Jan Byeykowski, the bishop of Przemyśl, a provision or a salarium from the field, two groszy, which each nobleman would receive for his future death. According to the private receipt, Marcin is to hand in the receipts in town chancelleries, from which the writers are not to take anything. Failure to hand over this salarium will be executed by the starostas in officio castrensi as a matter of their own. And this deputy should also prepare for this act and go to his other colleagues, and then he should bring this correction to the main assembly of Wissena, which will be submitted before the next assembly, and submit it to us all. 7. Let the envoy to Turek appear at the border as soon as possible, and since he is in charge of the agitur de pactis et foederibus which is in his hands, and then, as a great envoy, for this purpose, so that he is not forced to take any oaths that are unusual or harmful to the Republic of Poland, we ask the Lord the Hetman of the Crown, who knows all the consuetudines due at such a time, so that with the protection of the absent king, he deigned per internuntium to expostulate and announce about the great envoy on the part of his intrusion. 8. Mr. Hetman's item from IMci, having gratefully accepted omnem solicitudinem et curam, which he now showed at the Sejm, almost divino spiritu these pericula, which he spoke over his blood and body, and not being able to cover them with his protestation to his public, we ask him not to the protestation that he has made, but rather to his simple love for the Republic of Poland, 2 not to deviate from these countries, to take care of the border castles according to his advice, and we are working for the hetman's talibus rationibus IMci camp as well as for these needs. 9. First of all, we command our stewards to pay for the soldier cunctis rationibus, as much money may suffice, et fortem imperatorem ad propulsandam iniuriam. In what way do we, Mr. Collector and Mr. Stewards, with this present conspiracy, protect the fault of the Warsaw Constitution, so that any of these collections by Mr. the stewards will spend on soldiers who are needed so urgently, the hetman assumes that the dignitaries and officials of our voivodeship will accept everything and will give receipts to them, whatever we order them ex nunc. We also order the thousand zlotys which the Archbishop of Lviv*) took for this purpose when going to other voivodeships on an expedition to the stewards, from which a receipt is to be given to the stewards from these dignitaries and officials. 10. In the interim, however, whatever money the hetman spends on the soldier, we will insure him from these salaries, as much as the Russian voivodeship will receive, so that he will get it back. 11. And since we cannot have a soldier so quickly who could meet such a quick and sudden need, we, out of our good will, promise to meet this need; We, those who are ready, are leaving immediately, and those who are not ready, will leave as soon as possible, perhaps in a week's time, and we ask the other brothers to do the same. We also ask the hetman to have a soldier sub disciplina in our countries, so that our people and we ourselves are not subjected to submarines and other agencies.
