Our gracious lords and brothers, we commend our brotherly services to all of you, wishing them all the best. Recently, when Mr. Andrzej Orzechowski wrote and directed the WM to us about the meeting of the district assembly, they responded that we did not understand there was any need for this time, for these reasons, as WM wrote about it in more detail and made it known. However, since many new things have happened, and what's more, affairs in our Republic are getting difficult, so that great doubts are starting among people as to what position and fame our Republic is placed in, if we have or are without him, therefore things are looking very good. We also understand from some news that comes to us that people are very mixed in the neighborhood and there is great readiness for war around them, and they are letting us know that they are coming to us. And so we, out of our duty and the duty that we bear under the Commonwealth, to guard against such dangers that could quickly and suddenly come to the Crown and to please the will and desires of the people in this regard, especially keeping in mind that their Messrs. The Crown Councils are agreeing to hold the General Assembly for elections, to which we need to talk in order to attend in harmony and love. Therefore, for all citizens of the Russian Voivodeship, we hold a common sejm or congress in Wisznia at the usual place ad sedecimam diem Augusti, i.e. on Tuesday after Our Lady of the Herbs. And there, with the help of the kind Lord God and the WMCi, in partnership in love and brotherly harmony, we will advise and discuss all the needs and what is urgent, necessary and dangerous for the Crown. 1. We, the clerical and secular councils of the Russian voivodeship and all the knights, having gathered together for this present assembly, looking over the things needed by the commonwealth, decided and advised among ourselves: 3. First, seeing that the boldness has entered the people, that there are some who, at a time when we do not have a king THEM, and there are talks about another lord, they dare to weigh in on the Glinnian to make a confederation of practices, with outside envoys of gentlemen, by persuasion, shutting up and giving advice and taking gifts, also through letters, then we leave this Glinian confederation in our power to the boldness of the practices of the new lord: that whoever was like that, then every subiacet poenis confoederatione glinianensi contentis and I will consider him as such as there is in this confederation described *). And as we all strengthen this Glinny confederation, we also approve other confederations established by us at other congresses on a more equitable basis, by the power of our Sejm. 3. And regarding justice ultimae instantiae, which has not ended, the persuasion is to be made on the Day of the Holy Cross, according to our near past confederation in Lviv, also ensuring that the praescriptio rerum omnium a morte regis Augusti does not pass on to anyone the rerum iudicatarum executionum, as in all things inscriptionum et actionum. 4. Due to the specific stipulation of this confederation that the land years of Przeworsk were not tried by the present assembly, which was assembled at that time, when the years were to be tried according to the law described in the Crown statute, that the citizens of this district considered this to be a burden for themselves, so by virtue of this assembly of ours we consulted and decided that these years of Przeworsk should be tried on the first Tuesday before the birth of the virgin.
