And since the province of Sanok has also adopted two drafts per household from the robbers of the Sanctuary of the previous assembly, and this praesidium has been entrusted to the castellan of Sandecki, we declare that these drafts are already selected in parte and the performance of the infantry enlisted in accordance with the declaration of the previous assembly is not performed, we declare that this infantry near Sanokiom on August 17, having appeared before the same IMs whom we used for the draft courts and any of the IMs of pp. officials of the Sanok land will gather at that time, we should mention nowhere else but in visceribus the Sanok land, which was kept for home defense, according to the declarations of our present and past law1).
