Przemyśl, August 2, 1667. The fiscal court of the Przemyśl land orders the fortification of Przemyśl.
1. Actum Praemisliae in iudiciis deputatorum iudicum vigore constitutionis regni atque laudi conventus visnensis proxime praeteriti ordinatorum institutis et ad praesens celebratis feria tertia post festum S. Petri in vinculis proxima anno Domini millesimo sexcentesimo seiagesimo septimo. 2. Ordinatio munitionis civitatis premisliensis. Wiśnia, September 12, 1667. Chairman of the Wiśnia parliamentary assembly.
1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and knights of the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, gathered in Wisno for the parliamentary assembly designated by common law for today, make known to those who will be entitled to know that after the unanimous election of a deputy to the tribunal, having informed the IMei pp. private collectors, who were decided at the last assembly to pay the army that they could not pay this amount sufficiently, having received the statuendarum contributionum potestatem from the previous assembly, by virtue of the same constitution, in response to such a sudden need, supplementing the defectuma), we unanimously passed and decided to laudum among ourselves. 2. And first of all, the Land of Lviv, after the expansion of the administration of the present pinion tax, which is now ending with Ultima Septembris, constitutes a new pinion tax in its land in all cities and towns. And this is simply to be paid through the city fideliter offices according to the excise and receipts of similar IMci Mr. Olewiński, military officer of Lviv, to whom we entrust the Exakcyej Superintendent W. IMci to the chamberlain of this land, to whom, however, in smaller towns, when he decides to do so, such towns may be rented out. Which execution and superintendency a prima Octobris is to begin in the present year, and currere for a year to the same day of the first Octobra millesimo sexcentesimo sexagesimo octavo. 3. However, in the city of Zhydachevo, such tenons and executions will be made to the mayor of Zhydaczew himself for the fortification of the castle there for the entire year, as required, from which he will be required to submit and execute the percepts and expenses of the calculum at the local council. That is, we warn the citizens of Zhydacz that they should no longer be brought to the Lviv castle, but to their proper Zydacz castle, and all the cities of this land should be brought not inter causas fisci, but to their proper towns, and they will settle there.
