1. We, the councils, dignitaries and all the Russian voivodeships, the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok, the knights, to Wisno for the assembly for the universal J. kr. Mci p. n. m. gathered') we agreed among ourselves. Firstly, that with the devenerunt eo res of our homeland, that with the honor of our breasts and all of us, whatever is left bonorum reipublicae civium, we can save it, or at least tutari and what everyone born in this homeland reconciles with the common movement of all our lands, accommodating in this to the will and intention of J. Kr. Mci p. n. m. and to the resolution of the previous Sejm, we decide, and do so in this way. So that everyone who calls himself a nobleman and does so, even those who have holy faith, freedom and freedom, and anyone who wants paritate et aequalitate iuris equal to us gaudere, belonged to this expedition and carried it off without any exceptions. 2. And so that the fallen homeland could be given greater relief, this popular movement would help everyone to take part in this war as best as possible and with the iuxta censum facultatum suarum, that is, having assessed with themselves what they should do for the homeland at such a time, they would take part in this war in such a way that the homeland could be honestly saved. And this way: for each of the five fields to be a horseman with equipment and a good horse; also, next to every cart, whoever wanted it had a hajduk with a musket, a saber and an axe. And if the general uprising came so quickly and flags were sent out during the winter, then each land in its own land would come and show off with the help of these flags, that is, the Lwów land near Szczyrce, the Przemyśl land near Przemyśl, the Sanok land near Sanok. Where, for better order and in accordance with the universal J. kr. We used Mr. Andrzej Maksymilian Fredro, the castellan of Lviv, as colonel and captain in the Lviv land of IMć, and Mr. Stanisław Łastowiecki on foot for the same land of IMć; from the Przemyśl land to the district IMćs of those to whom the delegation is described by the law, the second IMć, Mr. Kasper Wojakowski, sub-judge of the Przemyśl land, the third IMć, Mr. Walenty Fredro; and we defer the removal of the pedestrian from this land to the IMci, Mr. Franciszek Dubrawski, chamberlain of Przemyśl; from the IMC of Sanok, Mr. Zygmunt Fredro, castellan of Sanok, as a colonel and cavalry captain of foot, also to the further decisions of the IMci. 3. So, there are many IMs who joined us in such times and are associated with us non aequaliter, because they serve the country for money, to dismiss the common militia according to the law described. And those who become magnates by hand and have their own possessions, are not to be protected from the popular movement, and not under the signs of their masters, but by joining the common movement. 4. With what readiness and willingness we stood by J. kr. The people above are ready, so to tell the story we used their own people: from the Lviv land, Mr. Stanisław Rzewuski, the land judge of Lviv, from the Przemyśl land, Mr. Marcin Trzebuchowski,
