we say. Promising and vowing, each and every one of us, individually, will obey the captains whom the Lord of Sanok has given us, as well as the guards and guards in their respective governments and duties. We promise where we will live until the Lord of Sanok lets us go; However, even after the dissolution, if the ingruens necessitas needs it, we promise to appear there sub paenis publicis. Who did not appear at the previous meeting and at the present meeting, paenis iisdem subiaceant. 2. Moreover, because of the past Wisnia laudum, for the domestic dangers of the Sanok land, they decided to enlist a hundred Cossack horses, in such a sudden and hot violation of the Polish Armed Forces, being pressed from all sides, and seeing that three levies had been approved in Wiśnia and for the payment of the second quarter of the now-beginning M. Pobiedziński's cavalry captain to the camp marked also for the payment of the above-mentioned second quarter. IMci p banners The Wysoczański Swordsman of Sanok is not enough for us to not aggravate the clerical and royal subjects who have been assigned bread to our banners, for this reason we have agreed to two more salaries out of all the royal, clerical and landed estates, with this meeting and our presence, two of which will be paid, which the first three in Wiśnia are approved and will not be carried out in payment, and this one will not be carried out at their disposal. Mciów pp. court hoods have both pay and supplies. These two levies are handed over to IMci Mr. Melchior Grotkowski etiam de proprio, without waiting for the collection from the subjects, to issue praecisa quavis mora in duabusseptimanis ab actu praesenti sub paenis de retentoribus contributionum, we submit. 3. And since a soldier in service who was in disciplina railitari necessariaque oboedientia, if they did not have a colonel, would not be detained in this way, we asked Mr. Swiętosław in Kazanów, Kazanowski, commander of the Sandomir Voivodeship, to accept this office of colonelship. Who, because he has offered us his will, both of our banners, until the other one leaves for the army, will be subject to their direction, Mr. Eześnik, and wherever the need arises in the Sanok land, they will go there at the request of Mr. Eześnik, and they will obey THEM. By allowing the Colonel for excessivos incurred pro quovis delicto and for all wrongs or liens, otherwise if the iniuriatii of justice either from the captain or from the Colonel did not refer what they were supposed to requisition there first, they may recurrere to the hood courts. And for the greater importance of this resolution, we asked Mr. Stanisław Humnicki of the Sanok army and the hood judge to sign this resolution and confirm it with his seal. Given in Sanok at the meeting of our levy die vigesima Octobris anno Domini 1648. Stanisław Humnicki, Sanok army, marshal of the circle of citizens and brothers of the Sanok poviat.
