1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the Russian voivodeship, lands and counties, are here at this time under the arms of J. kr. Mci p. n. m. and the announcement of JWIMci p. Stanisław Jan Jabłonowski, our Ruthenian voivode, gathered in the camp, we are in agreement among ourselves and constitute a sanctum. 2. Although the statutes of our ancestors, as well as et recentiores constitutiones, the duty of our nobility to defend our common homeland and the order of the popular uprising, have been sufficiently provided and reliably described, and especially the constitutio anni millesimi sexcentesimi vigesimi primi, to which we refer, about the disponit, that nevertheless the severity and seriousness of these sanctimoniously decreed laws vitio of the present century by some pp. the brothers of our province are left in a slight esteem, and it seems like ludibrio habetur, when so many of them are under the patronage of J. kr. Until then, according to their calling to save the Polish people under the banner of a non-comparison, they were issued in such a grave and sudden danger, and yes, some people studied various pretexts and reasons, assuming that they had to avoid this, while others wanted to hide themselves by mail, not according to the law and not according to the substance of each person, but rather they want to eludere rempublicam, even the cities that are obliged by law to this expedition and general expedition, neither the infantry nor the munitions are involved in the war (except for Lviv and Przemyśl, which are close to immediate danger and must be saved), so in such a case, they resort to the methods our ancestors practiced in similar cases, both for each and every one of them. We fraternally admonish our brothers and fellow citizens who belong to this general expedition, and we earnestly call upon them to defend our homeland together and indivisibly, and we promise each other, under faith, conscience and brotherly honesty, that for anyone who finds among us a desertor of the homeland and a contempor of common rights, we will not only stand up ourselves, regardless of blood or friendship, but also with General God willing, we will not disperse from the RPPT camp until each absentia is declared and the strictness of the law is enforced against each person. 3. Moreover, every such person ad paritatem with us in every square and ad libertatem of a free vote in perpetuum, even though paenis is relaxed in any form, will be entitled to it. 4. IMciów and pp. We bind our colonels with fide honore et conseientia, so that the registers from their Messrs. The captains of the cavalry eadem fide took away all the brothers without leaving the camp, they manifested them and communicated them to everyone who seriously needed them, and then they delivered them to the towns of our lands with the signature of their hands, from which everyone's absentia could be recognized and the rigor of the law super delineuentes was extended. 5. The same IMs Mr. We oblige our fidem colonels and captains not to accept mail except from those who have been expelled either in recent years or vera infirmitas iuramento according to the law of the probanda. However, these messages from those whom the law excipients, if issued juxta proportionem substantyej, will be burdensome or their cum elusion of the common law, or diminutione, defense of the RPTA. 6. Spondemus, in addition, we will maintain all government, obsequium, exlegibus justice, love and brotherly harmony at all times, as long as we do not separate from other provinces in expeditione, we will not stand apart by any means, but under the banners, as we want to have the right, in order to go with our directors, we oblige ourselves to all human harm and oppression, seeking their blessing. God, we promise to strive. We allow and declare judgment et severitatem paenarum against the wicked. 7. According to the constitutional deputies, to which courts do we elect IMci: IMci Mr. Seweryn Naropiński and Mr. Stanisław Drohojowski, who, according to
