1. We, the councils, the dignitaries of the knights of the Sanok land, gathered in Sanok on the twenty-eighth day of August to persuade the military order to support the general uprising and, as a quickest measure in such difficult times, to provide reinforcements in support of the universal WIMci to Mr. Zygmunt of Pleszowić Fredro, castellan of the Sanok land, our leader1), such unanimi consensu solitoque in patriam studio laudum we constitute. Seeing that the river was so suddenly squeezed by enemies, and almost faced with some divisions and divisions of the fidefragis gentibus, God will allow us to avoid the falsehood, wanting to make enough for the common law, nec deese amori in patriam, willingly for her honor, at least cum divisione belli, in what sequemur totius reipublicae consensum, Old Polish we carry breasts. Therefore, as we cannot otherwise domesticis impediti periculis, we designate the time and place for the gathering and demonstration in armis of the popular riot on the ninth day of August (sic) at the place in question, Tukorz, near Sanok. 2. For which time and place we have gathered, without abandoning in any way the apparatus of the martial order, and as the law teaches us ex facultatibus, we must stand. There, with IMcia, our castellan, as leader, we chose IMcia, Mr. captains according to the number of people and other IMs. war officers and we have decent and necessary people for good order. 3. From there, pro rei exigentia, we are already well prepared to move where we will have (in which IMci Mr. Hieronim of Orzechowce Orzechowski, judge of our land and marshal of our circle to the king, we have used His Majesty to go) consideratis iis, quae pensanda, we will decide to move as soon as possible and make an appointment. For the travel expenses of the same Mr. judge, PLN five hundred from the tenement house of our land, which IMc holds under the lease, we pay from the first installment, and these zlotys. five hundred pro solutis IMci to accept at the fraternal account, we promise with our words. 4. Łanów infantry behind the universal J. kr. Mci p. n. m. or IMci p. the Grand Hetman of the Crown, wherever there is an allocation to go; and whoever has not yet returned, we mark him back ex nunc. We repeat this resolution of ours so that everyone, as appropriately and as the facultatum quantitas requires, should stand et levibus rationibus, as the law allows, and not make excuses in such paroxysm of the homeland. 5. For greater faith and certainty, we asked the marshal of our circle to sign the seal. It happened in Sanok on August 28, 1655.
