Near Lublin, November 3, 1672. Instructions for landowners of the province. Russian deputies to the general circle.

1. Instructions from Mr. IMciom pp. to the undernominated deputies of the Ruthenian Voivodeship to the general circle to the deputies near Lublin anno Domini millesimo sexcentesimo septuagesimo secundo die tertia Novembris. As the Russian Voivodeship has always been accustomed to concurrere for joint deliberations and defense of the manu forti et consilio of our homeland, it has now done so for the Polish world, when, forgetting its homes and its fortunes, it, at the discretion of the cruel, left paganism recte to the side of the king of IMci, p.n. m., hastened, eo instuitu, to unitis viribus et communicatis consiliis ab extra et ab intra could calm down with a snap. To which pacitikacyj et per deputatos other voivodeships accedunt to this universal consent, we, leaning towards this, asked for the parliamentary function from the Land of Lviv, IMć, Deputy Judge of Lviv, IMć, Mr. Jędrzej Kuropatnicki, IMć, Mr. Czesnik of Mielnica, and from the Land of Przemyśl, IMć, Colonel of Przemyśl, a judge of this land. IMć, Lord of Podolia, IMć, Lord of Parnava, IMć, Mr. Rogalski, IMć, the town writer of Sanok, IMć, Mr. Bala, to whom IMć, Mr. Rogalski, we give such instructions to IMć, Mr. Rogalski. 2. Since we know that the government has planned to conduct an auction of troops in vim for the end of the war season in vim, and we cannot suffice for this nullatenus expedition, we will declare to our common mother that for the honor of her capita nostra ferimus et in pretium ransom her residuum our blood. we are ready to pour out, cum hac declaratione, however, that we should go out on this war expedition sine divisione belli. 3. We cannot give a declaration regarding the ratio of the old army wages in relation to the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok, we will be able to pay them quanto numero sufhcere, because we only hear about our ashes, therefore Mr. the deputies will keep the declarations for the pre-sejm assembly, in which they are fide, honore et conscientia of the MPs. We oblige the envoys not to make any declarations until we ourselves have taken stock of our waste in all three lands. Ciż IMcie pp. the deputies will ask for a sejmik, or rather, that the above-mentioned consideration and review of the conflagratorum et desolatorum could take place at the deputies' sejmik post Conceptionis. 4. And since critica infelicitate et arcanis fatorum consiliis propugnaculum, honor and defense of the Polish world fortior armatus et violentus regnorum praedo has taken progress in its pagan form, and Kamieniec already knows a foreign lord, since it has no other fortress above Lviv, who even now, quid in summa necessitate summa virtus possit, has enough of its great virtues showed evidence that the fortifications of the mentioned city of Lviv paid a ransom of eighty thousand thalers to their special people. to the members of the commitimus fidei et dextentati who inibunt cum tota republica modos et omnia adhibebunt media, pro conservatione of the mentioned city and to pay this debt. 5. Because the land of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok's hostilibus still fumat incendiis and remains in the last misfortune, gemitus only compeditorum suorum from afar, non sine dolore in pagan groaning arcana, it accepts, and the impoverishment of the rest is before its eyes its subjects, whose praecavendo indemnitati, in order to see our submission, the Russian voivodeship protects itself from all transgressions, Exaction, soldier positions and hibernation remained vacant. 6. Horret animus super caedem, having remembered the late Mr. Broniowski, who, as an innocent occubuit, and since the King lMć and rzpta promised to make urgent animandverse, support this case and the court, we entrust them Mr. MPs. This happened in the camp near Lublin, in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred and seventy, on the second day of Newembra. Krzysztof Stanisław in Chodorostawa Chodorowski, starosta of Winny, marshal of the knights' circle of the Ruthenian Voivodeship.
